The Hotel Northampton/Wiggins Tavern was truly a lovely setting for us on Christmas day! The classic, elegant decor and the festive Christmas tree in the lobby really added to the warmth and charm of our visit! My family of 5 were all quite pleased with...More

Great restaurant. The food was really good, my steak was cooked to perfection. The staff was excellent, serving an entire wedding party and their families. Great experience.

This is one of the coziest places to eat in Northampton and I was delighted to find that the food was as good and as ample as it was when I tried it again after 30 years. The large menu defines "comfort food" in my...More

No parking. I had to walk two blocks with a cake and gift, my over night bag. Charged twice for an extra $366.00. Still not refunded 3 weeks later. The bar was closed for a different occasion. We left, drank and ate elsewhere.

The hostess was terribly nervous, rude, or worse. She would not seat us when most of the room was empty with set tables. We arrived about seven minutes before our reservation- but were turned out of the dining room. When I went back in, she...More
