I've been eating here for years and have always had a great meal. Other than Jack's I think it's the longest serving restaurant in North Adams so it's gotta tell you something.

We were at the Holiday Inn across the street. The eatery choices in the neighborhood are Papa Gino's, Subway, a Sushi eatery and a Mediterranean eatery. We love our Papa Gino's in our home town, so we went here. Yes, it felt like home. Same ambiance, same great food flavors, same reasonable prices that attract us.
Hands down THE BEST pizza I've ever had. We used to have Papa's in NY, but they pulled out for tax reasons decades ago. Ever since, I've made the hour drive to Mass to enjoy this deliciousness. Just the right blend of spices, sauce, and cheese over a perfectly seasoned thin crust. The staff is eager to please and friendly.... More
We're long time Papa Gino's patrons and will come back over and over again. Yes as many have said, they're a chain and that have set menus and recipes dictated by corporate etc. But if the food, price and service are great, who cares? We've had consistently delicious pizza here every time. For a family of 4 with a meal... More
Alright, there's something about an eatery in a strip mall that to me is usually a big turn off, but this Papa Gino's has been here since the mid 80's and although not has updated as newer ones, they continue to get ranked within the TOP 10 of all the companies eateries. There is much to be said for GREAT... More
The pizza was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great job. Our pizza was brought out to our table when it was ready. We asked for ice water. It was served to us from a sink. They should have a tab on their soda machine for ice water like other places do. Drinking water shouldn't be served from... More
Couple weeks ago I visited here with my daughter. It was very slow yet it took forever to place our order. Then the order was not taken correctly, and took forever to come out. It appeared that the staff were to busy socializing than doing what they were employed for.
My son and I were recently in North Adams at dinnertime, and he really wanted a sub. I was hoping for a more refined dining experience, but I decided to go along with him. I chose a Greek salad (a recent addition to the menu), and honestly, I was not expecting much, but it was delicious! The service was excellent... More
Okay. They are a chain. I'll concceed that. I will also admit to my fist kiss, and first drunking ejection from there at the age of thirteen. But in the 28+ years I've had pizza there it is, by far, the best damn chain pizza I've ever come across. If your thinking of Dominoes or any of the other chains... More
