I suggested to a friend that it would be good if we could meet at this restaurant at 6;00 p.m., in order to not have to wait for a table. (This restaurant only takes reservations for 6 or more). Within a half hour on a Thursday night there were many people waiting for a table. Often when I go to... More

For many in Newton, this is people's go to place for Italian. I think it is ok but not great. I don't think it warrants the long waits nor the prices. They have a decent gluten free menu.

We didn't have a chance to eat at the restaurant (which is quite popular), but got take out, which was delicious!

been there once, food was pretty good. But they won't take a reservation for less than 6 which means we don't go with the very geriatric members of our family.

This reminds me of cafes in Italy. It has a cozy set up and a loud environment. If you like wine, you should know that the wine selection is poor. A good appetizer is the Misto Dish. You should try It. The Pesce Amatrician dinner was on the salty side , chicken Pam kids loved it .

This place is not very large but their food is great. The bread and sauce is an amazing starter. My husband and I got their antipasto appetizer and it was way bigger than we thought. He loved the scallops entree and I enjoyed my short ribs. The salads were good and our waiter was very attentive and helpful. We would... More

This is a fantastic neighborhood restaurant on the Newton/Waltham line. I love their arancini! Sausage stuffed peppers are delish as well. Complimentary breadsticks with yummy marinara! This place is a must for some good very reasonably priced Italian food! Very friendly staff as well.

This is our favorite restaurant in Newton south great authentic Italuan food, the best pizza in town, and also at affordable prices. I would say only Tartufo in newton has better italian food but it is substantially more expensive than fiorella's. Great family place. Only downside: they do not take reservations.

Go there! You will love it. It's busy & noisy but that adds to the fun of the place. Food we had was fabulous & we know Italian. Portions are very generous, service was very good, attentive but not overbearing. It is casual, not fancy but nice.

Thank Jay P
