We stopped by here on a sunny Saturday afternoon. We were met by Tara. So welcoming, so pleasant, and so attentive!
We had drinks, and the Shepard’s Pie, the fish Reuben, a BBQ burger, and a Cobb salad with Salmon.
Every single bite was delicious!!
It was so warm and comfortable inside. And again, Tara was amazing!
We will be back!

Wish portions were a bit bigger given prices but FOOD WAS AWESOME!!....and STAFF IS EVEN BETTER!!. So glad to try again!

Awful service, flies everywhere, dusty walls, we've tried this place four times now... all strikes - no walks
too greasy, soggy fries, warm beer, hair found in fish batter, servers always seem like they would rather
be doing anything else. Most cases they are. Too long of a wait to have my warm beer refilled.
In my family we didnt even like the place enough to realize it was called Tommy Doyle's when I was sent the email for review. FOUR TIMES WEVE EATEN HERE! DIDNT KNOW THE NAME! WE LIVE SIX HOUSES AWAY.
In my family we call this place "Cranky Chick's" because all the servers and bar keeps are always cranky.
GO TO MARTINS ON WEST ST! YOU WILL NEVER BE DISAPPOINTED!

This restaurant is the perfect 3. The food is all okay but none of it stands out, the beer selection is decent but not stellar. I am impressed with how good their vegetarian options were, specifically the quality of their veggie burger

We love going here with our son. The chicken tenders, Irish cubano and peanut butter bacon burger are our favorites! Service is exceptional and the beer is cold. Enjoy!

Outrageously overpriced drinks given that it is a tiny notch above a dive bar. Service was fine, everything is completely unremarkable in every way.

Excellent pub food. If you like shepherd's pie, theirs is great. Fish and chips excellent. Service was good.

My boyfriend and I LOVE Tommy Doyle's! We go in every Wednesday night for trivia, Ro and the rest of the wait staff are awesome! They have a great drink selection and the apps are great. Last week I tried the corned beef and it was delicious!

Nice food, lovely relaxed atmosphere, great waitress. Portions are large so you may want to share. Only thing I felt was the menu could have been a bit more extensive.

There's limited choice in Watertown for decent pubs doing decent grub and Doyles is on the main thoroughfare in Watertown and definitely worth a look
As you walk in the main door, there's an area that's set up to be seated /restaurant and on the right is the main bar... there are a fair few TV's in Doyles so there's ample sports to be watched if that's what you're there for.
We ordered the chicken tenders and hog wings and both came out promptly and were decent size portions and tasted pretty good. Exactly what we were looking for and what we expected
All in all, a welcoming bar that does good food and reasonably priced for the area . Our food and 2 drinks each came to $45-50 ish and we enjoyed it.

Headed there for lunch. Sandwich and a couple pints. Food was fine, beer fresh. No issue. Service was courteous (sat at the bar). All was good until I got my bill. Charged for a side of mayo: 50 cents. On a $28 lunch. I don't care a bout 50 cents but don't agree on being charged for a side of semi rancid mayo on a sandwich that costs about 2 cents. I won't return, matter of principle.

And get great service from the nice bar tender. Their "pub" food is extraordinarily good. Try the short ribs with Guiness sauce and chili. All their salads are equally good. My California wrap with grilled chicken is fresh (wrap) and juicy (chicken). The steak tips are fantastic. Parking is on street right in front of the pub.
