Went on a weeknight, and the place was empty at 7:00PM, not a good sign. I tried three items, only one was good. The Kinutamaki (a roll wrapped in cucumber) was pretty small, and not much flavor. The second item, the Nasu Dengaku (very large piece of fried and grilled eggplant) wasnt too bad, but the sauce was really salty.... More
One of the WORST sushi/sashimi meals I've had in a while. A total ripoff!! I ordered hamachi Kama first because it usually takes at least 20 minutes to cook. My order came out in less than 5 minutes, probably microwaved. I also ordered a Japanese scallop and a few other items that was advertised as from Japan, only to find... More
Great sushi menu with options for all. As for alcoholic beverages the have a wine and saki list but no cocktail menu, we had to make up our own which they agreed to do for us! Cool interior, doesn't look like much from the outside but definitely worth a visit!
I'm Japanese so finding a really good restaurant that makes real authentic Japanese it usually quite hard, but this restaurant's food is excellent! We had the tempera udon which was really well made, kastu don and one of the sushi bentos - all tasted great! The service was quite quick too. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who is... More

There were enough... More
My Japanese friend took me there because he thought it's one of the best in Boston area. I would say the food is really nice and the environment is quite good. Overall strongly recommend if you want to have some Japanese food.
Another wonderful dinner at Oga's! The sushi is fresh and delicious, and the menu always seems to present new things to explore. The restaurant's maitre'd is always so gracious and welcoming.
