There really are no words for how absolutely incredible Twist is. I drove an hour and 15 minutes from Springfield and I’d do it every day if I could. Burgers are quite possibly one of my favorite foods and this was hands down the best...burger I’ve ever had. The only thing I’d like to see is an American Cheese or Pepperjack option as I dislike cheddar and both Swiss and provolone have a more subtle taste. This was the best gluten free bun I’ve ever had, anywhere. It was so soft and delicious it was like eating a bun full of gluten. I’m drooling just thinking about it. The lemonade was also delicious and refreshing. Last but certainly not least, they have an overwhelming amount of baked sweet treats available as well. So many that it was hard to make a decision. You really can’t go wrong with anything but definitely make sure you leave there with a whoopie pie or three or four.More

Ive been to Twist a few times over the last year and have enjoyed their gf treats. My last few visits have been slightly disappointing. All of the desserts are beautiful and look so delicious. My last visit i had come from a work party...and was craving cake. When i got home and had the cake it was on the stale/dry side. Today i decided to give it another try and bought the sugar cookies and the chocolate crinkle cookie. Unfortunately both were very dry and stale. Not sure if i will be back to give it another try.More

At first I wasn’t sure I would like the food, Twist is a gluten, soy, free restaurant/bakery. Everything is fresh and made here. It is delicious!! I enjoyed a tuna sandwich or their homemade bread. There are salads and various breakfast entrees like French toast...and eggs benedict( all gluten, soy free and nut free). There are great desserts too- this is a restaurant/bakery for anyone!More

For celiacs, it's a great idea to have a gluten-free restaurant/bakery succeed, so good luck to them. But you walk in, and no one behind the counter will even acknowledge that you are there. Awful. And the food and baked goods are just OK, so...they had better improve the service if they want customers to return.More

Twist food is consistently good. Many are gluten free. They have vegan options as well. It is worth the stop.

Love this bakery, though it is so much more than just a bakery. Had the pulled pork quinoa bowl. Wow. Such a delicious bowl - cucumber, roasted red peppers, pulled pork, avocado, quinoa, an egg over the top, greens . . . Absolutely delicious. Treated...myself to a coconut milk hot chocolate as well. Wonderful to go somewhere where you can trust the ingredients and know easily what is safe for those with allergies.More

Best lemon squares ever. They are so happy there and love that ALL the food is gluten free. There are cakes, cookies and they make a really nice breakfast to your order.

I went here recently because it was voted the #1 gluten free bakery in America. It was great! I had avocado toast and there were a lot of options on the menu. Nice staff and quick service.

I don't eat gluten ( no allergies just prefer not to eat it) product and could not believe the pastries here are gluten free. The flavor was as good if not better than a gluten pastry. Cookies, scones, cup cakes are all great.

Casual atmosphere, excellent taste, and healthy (some organic choices). Convenient and near shopping.
