I prefer the quality of sushi here over Sake Hana and Sapporo in Westboro, as well as Yama Zakura in Northborough.

Have been here several times - always enjoy good service with help on menu selections. Always enjoy the sushi rolls and last night I had the seaweed salad to start. All good - all authentic. Good Japanese beers as well.

Great food, beautifully presented and good atmosphere. Sashimi was fabulous, excellent and fresh. Was so good, went there twice in one week.

Walked in blind as we had no idea what we were going to eat. You can sit on the floor true japanese style or sit at a table. No american food or beverage what so ever. Their beer is very good. Observing guests we noticed no silverware either, my husband was extremely nervous but our waitress said he could use... More

I am 100% Japanese from Japan living in US. I am super critical about Japanese restaurant since not all of them are authentic in America. But this Wanokura is owners by real Japanese chef and the quality of Sushi, other food are top notch! In the middle of no where in the residential area, this is one of the best... More

The food is fresh and well made. My favorites are the Rainbow Maki, seaweed and avocado salads. The bento box lunch is an interesting mix. While I usually get take-out, the dining room is pleasant with traditional Japanese seating if you want, as well as seating at the sushi bar. The wait staff seem very reserved but service is prompt... More

The food is hit or miss and Sunday was a definite miss. Fish wasn't fresh (Red Sox maki), maki rolls were sloppy (Philadelphia maki and Tiger Eye) and didn't taste right. As a result we wasted $45.

This place is not much to look at from the outside but is quaint on the inside and the food, especially the sushi is awesome. Go just for the sushi though. The entre' was good but the sushi...mmmmm.

Outstanding sushi, very fresh and nice variety with special rolls added frequently. Has regular tables and also about four sunken tables that popular. Quiet ambience. Nice appetizer selection. My favorite is Chirashi, which is a selection Sashimi over a bed of Sushi rice.
