Very nice atmosphere but very expensive. Prefer other Mexican restaurants such as Acapocos, large servings, good food and reasonably price. You decide?

The restaurant has gotten a bit tired, not enough attention to food quality. Mushy beans, too much melted cheese, gone the way of other average Mexican restaurants. Better to visit the new one in Ashland, Mexico City Taqueria, they know how to make good Mexican food. I will be back, hope Alamo gets the message.
Went for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. Greeted and seated right away. Turns out was the owner that sat us. Server was great, had some special dietary request from a member of our group. Requests were met with a smile and accommodated. We had a wide variety of dishes; everything from a chicken salad to a burger (seriously who orders... More
Everything is frozen, didn't like anything they served. They do have an small outdoor dining area which is good for a few cocktails when the weather is nice.
Friendly service. Ample 'ritas. Homemade salsa (always a good sign.) Typical Tex-mex but quite satisfactory. Easy on/ off to Rt 495. On one of those 95 degree days the A/C was inadequate (may not of even been on).
The Alamo has long been a Milford staple, and we have dined here often. I am writing this review for the benefit of people traveling Rt 495 and looking at their dining options. When we are on the road I know that we look for good food that won't take too long. Just 2 minutes off Rt 495 (rt 109... More
There are 2 Mexican restaurants in this town, but I do find I patronize the Alamo more. Its reasonably priced, especially at lunch time, and the waitstaff is very attentive to your needs. On one occasion I managed to launch our drinks into the air, when I leaned onto the table, causing a see-saw effect like something from a Tom... More
Always a great experience eating here. The wait staff is always very attentive, there is a large selection of drinks and beers to choose from, there is a lunch menu with some very good combos priced at $6.99- what more do you need? There is also a regular menu to choose from. There is a bar upstairs, and eating areas... More
This was our third or fourth visit to the Alamo - its a great place to stop when traveling on Route 495 to Foxboro of the Cape. We have been with the kids in the past, and just out as a couple. Seating upstairs in the lounge allows you to watch the game - bar is small but service is... More
