We have been coming to this restaurant for 25 years and have always had a good meal. This time was different. After waiting for approx. 25 minutes we were ushered into a back room used for parties where we got the worst service possible. After ordering drinks we could see them on the tray at the window but waited a... More

We have been to Lorenzo's Italian Restaurant a number of timesu, but the other night was special. It .was Veteran s' Day, and veterans such as my husband were served a dinner at no charge. I had chicken cacciatore. It was absolutely delicious and so much that I had to take a doggie bag home. I highly recommend Lorenzo's for... More

Have gone a few times. Had chicken parm which was ok. Also had haddock 1 other time. There was no big difference than other dining experiences. The bread was warm witch was a treat n homemade. For an Italian place the sauce is kind of boring.

Order The Veal Saltimbocca as i do love that. I do agree the sauce is Very plain. They need to kick it up a notch. Lost the other star cause i needed to ask the hostess "are there any waitress as we sat there for 10 minutes. After meal gave us the bill and then Disappeared. Another waitress took my... More

Ate here and food was good, but my eggplant dish had the most boring tomato sauce. Not one herb in it. Tasted like Hunt's plain canned tomato sauce. For an Italian restaurant, you would think the sauce would be more authentic. Not in a hurry to go there again.

The menistrone soup was delicious, lots of veggies, hardy soup., I had a sampler dish with one sausage, one meatball. And a chicken parm with pasta. The red sauce was just ok but that was my taste, overall a good meal. The price was very reasonable Lorenzo's I give a thumbs up

My dad kept asking me for the past few weeks to take him here for Red Clam Sauce and Angel Hair pasta. So glad we finally had the opportunity to go. I have to say the service was terrible. I never sat so long being ignored in my life and server not overly friendly when she did come over. If... More

Our bed and breakfast recommended Lorenzo's. I am not a huge Italian restaurant fan but my husband is. First let me say we no longer have Italian restaurants like this in my area. They are all high-end Italian cuisine establishments with sophisticated decor and prices to match, not Mom & Pop pasta palaces with a mural of Vesuvius on the... More

Food was just okay as it really needed more garlic and salt. My husband's FRA Diablo was watery and not as spice as he would have like. Staff however, was friendly and attentive.

I have very fond memories of Lorenzo's drive-in as a child. During the summer, car hops took orders from your car. I remember when Lorenzo's remodeled and opened the dining room they now have. I even remember the smaller restaurant they used to have in the Taunton Mall - a place I frequented for many years with coworkers and friends.... More
