Been eating here since before they moved to the larger Rte 20 location. Excellent, authentic Mexican food! Guacamole served with warm chips is the best around! Have never had a bad meal here!!!

It's hard to find good Mexican food in Massachusetts and La Tapatia delivers. The gorditas are my favorite. Good margaritas! Be careful if you go on Sunday, we tried that once and there was some sort of kids karaoke/entertainer which made it a bit too loud to enjoy our dinner.

Long before the new restaurant, we ate here when it is was on Lincoln Street. Full of Mexican decor, and truly wonderful Mexican flavor...just close your eyes and you are in Acapulco! Love the chips, the mole, and more. Friendly, helpful, family run Mexican is served as it would be in Mexico. Definitely worth the trip.

Love the relaxed family atmosphere here. I come for the authentic-style tacos and an assortment of several makes a great lunch.

We were excited to try this new Mexican restaurant (apparently it moved from another location), but new to us. To it's credit: The service was friendly and efficient. Despite it being very busy, we were seated immediately and our server was very good, especially in explaining some of the dishes that were not familiar to us. I always judge a... More

My daughter and I went for a late mother's day lunch. We had both been itching to try it and decided this was a good excuse. We both ordered, and decided to split. We ordered cheese enchiladas in red sauce, cheese emmoladas, and a side of refried beans. They bring out chips and salsa prior to the meal. The food... More

My wife and I brought a friend from Texas here because he wanted to taste the local Mexican food. We should have tried it ourselves first. We had pork, steak, and mole chicken. None of us was in the least bit happy with our choices and we've had Mexican food many times in the past so we know what it... More

Just visited this restaurant with a couple of friends. We ordered tacos, tostadas, guacamole and agua de Jamaica. This is my review: Good: service. Very friendly people. Bad: food. Very disappointed with the food, it had no flavor. The salsa and guacamole did not seem to be home made. They had no flavor. The carnita that came with the tacos... More

Real Mexican food at very reasonable prices. Tamales were very good, sauces are authentic and very bold in flavor. Family run and everyone is friendly and most willing to help interpret the menu.

Had a "House Special" on Friday 03/25 for supper. Excellent food! Took the recommendation for the house special - see the picture. Short review because; what else do you need to know except that the service was just as good as the food.
