This is the premium venue of this elegant resort. The room holds about 15 tables in an extremely elegant yet understated Victorian setting, with a huge fireplace and intricate ceiling moldings, along with glorious views over the mountains. The menu is prix fixe, with about 5 choices each for appetizer, entree and dessert.. It is marvelous. Service is professional. I... More

I didn't realize this was the name of the room but it is lovely to have a table by a window with a tablecloth and good coffee! Bring your complimentary newspaper and enjoy a leasurely repast. I highly recommend the oatmeal with all the fixings. It was the best I've had in a restaurant for a long time. My husband... More

Grace and beauty, in the surroundings and the service! We have dined here ever year when we stay at Cranwell and always, the food is lovely, the staff is consistently delightful and helpful, and the surroundings calming and charming.

Staying at this wonderful hotel, we ate breakfast here twice. Service was first class. Food was cooked just right and full of flavor. Setting is beautiful and full of history.

Breakfast served here. Eggs were good/omlettes exceptional. Build you own with 12 ingredients to choose from. Unfortunately they all came with homefries that smelled awful. I don't know how they were cooked but they had a weird artificial smell and almost ruined it for me.

All good, the service, staff, decor and food. So elegant yet able to dine in casual attire. The view is spectacular, overlooking the mountains and the room has hidden jewels in every nook and cranny, beautiful fresh flowers on every table and staff eager to please. The buffet is reasonably priced with ample selections of fresh fruit, pastries, eggs made... More

The breakfast was good but a bit pricy. The coffee was very good. The atmosphere was really nice table by window overlooking the mountains

They try to encourage you to use the buffet though they do have a menu on weekdays. After overpaying for my bowl of Kelloggs raisin bran and some fruit the first morning, I opted for a smoothy the next 3 mornings and then. on Sunday when they would not make me a smoothy, I had Yoplaits and some fruit. Not... More
