Delicious ice cream and flavors. So good we had more ice cream cones than we normally eat in a month!

This is a great place for a quick lunch, brunch. Busy beyond expectations. We were seated out in front when we arrived for late breakfast. Service was very friendly, quick and the serving portions were more than enough. Highly recommend if you can get in.

This place makes many of their own flavors and they are interesting and delicious. This is the best ice cream in Lenox.

A large variety of ice cream. Many different flavors that I have never tasted before. Make sure you try a sample of them to know if you are going to like them since there are no descriptions on the menu board. This is a small place that can get crowded. There was no organization and the staff was serving people... More

First. I love peach ice cream. It's not often on menus due for seasonal reasons, but when it is, I always get it. So I was thrilled to see peach on the list of choices recently at The Scoop. However, when I got my cone, it certainly did not look like peach. I asked the server if there were peaches... More

This review makes me sad. The Scoop is meant to be a happy place. Even if you come into The Scoop sad, you should definitely leave happy after having some sweetness. I did hear about your experience from the scoopettes who were working that night. Our ice cream is made in house with natural products. As such, some of our... More

Scoops is nothing special except: They make the best frozen yogurt I have had. They make terrific Chocolate sorbet, and Blackberry Chocolate chip sorbet. Try it; you will like it.

We were recently in Lenox and stopped by the scoop for some post lunch ice cream. We were not disappointed. The ice cream had a wonderful taste and they indulged us as we ask for multiple samples. A great place!

We went back few different times. The lines ranged from none to out the door. It can get crowded during camp visiting among other times. The ice cream was home made and quite good.

We went to the scoop for some after dinner ice cream and was happily surprised by the selection of flavors. The staff was nice but not the reason to go. The scoop also has a small variety of nostalgic candy to choose from.

The Scoop sweets cafe is in the heart of Lenox and has been in its location on Church Street since 2011. A specialty ice cream and candy shop, we make our own ice cream on the premises called Blondie's Homemade. We also offer coffee drinks made with No. 6 Depot coffee and daily fresh baked goodies. Flavors rotate seasonally, but there is always sweet creamy deliciousness to appeal for every customer's sweet urge.
