A trip to the Berkshires is not complete without dinner at Nudel in Lenox. I’ve only been there in the summer months during the Tanglewood season, when the menu is designed for a design your own tasting menu of three, four, or five courses. The menu last weekend included a total of 19 items divided into three unnamed categories. The... More

Went here twice in two weeks. Not sure what chef owner does after Labor Day but in summer he seems to offer only price fixe any three courses (you can skip dessert) for $42. Portions suggest it's not a big bargain but the quality and selection are high, with local ingredients and menu changed daily.

Creative menu with unusual food combinations. The food ranges from very good to excellent. Portions are on the small side. Get a number of dishes and share.

Food is super, pre-fixe but with options, mid size portions. Service excellent. Tiny restaurant. Big issue is getting in. You can't reserve months out, but CAN within the week. Do it online via open table. Don't be reluctant to eat early. They save seats at the bar for walk ins, but there are only six, so go early. Fun to... More

This tiny eatery offers a constantly changing menu; guests are invited to choose 3, 4 or 5 courses though since the food is so original and flavorful you might go for 6. Highly recommend the Fennel, Carrots & Oranges salad and the Sauteed Arctic Char. Peanut Butter Kohlrabi "noodles" were not up to their standards, but the Fusilli (corn and... More

So I am not a very adventurous eater but when I read about this place I was determined to try the untried and it was worth it. My husband and I each picked out 3 plates and they were all nicely presented and very tasty. The combination of ingredients and tastes and the presentation is lovely and I would recommend... More

I made a reservation based on trip advisor reviews. OMG am I glad. When my husband and I took a first glance at the menu a twinge of panic came over us. Nothing looked familiar. I made the reservation and I was afraid I would have to take the abuse for the next 4 days. But we plodded on and... More

This is a small restaurant, seating about 30, and we were fortunate to get a seat at the bar where we could watch the three chefs as they plated the meals. The menu was unique for me. There were about 20 courses and each guest was to chose 3, 4, or 5 from the list which included appetizers, entrees and... More

Inventive and always delicious cousine by a local chef. Menu is changed often so you are never bored. Wine list is very limited to some mediocre wines unfortunately but beers are good.

Thank uniqum
