I'd never eaten Peruvian food before, and having sampled this, I'd be happy to keep coming back. I had their giant shrimp (prawn) soup with quinoa, poached egg, beans, in a lovely cheese-flavoured broth, tasty and milky without being too rich. There were six enormous prawns. The portions are very large, so this big bowl was even too much for... More

Hadn't been back since last summer. Went on Tuesday and it was packed but they will take reservations. Most of the friendly staff were still working there. Informal. Moderately slow but very pleasant service. Food great. I love the Peruvian seafood soup (spicy) served with rice (to be added to the soup). It is I meal be itself. My wife... More

Couldn't pass up the chance to try a Peruvian restaurant. Ceviche mixto, lomo saltado and pollo saltado were all good. Waitress was friendly and service was good, even though the restaurant was crowded. We had a 6:00 p.m. reservation and got to an 8:00 play in Stockbridge with time to spare. There aren't very many interesting restaurants in the Berkshire... More

Since going to Peru last year and eating ceviche we've wanted to try this restaurant. So on our way home from Cape Cod we stopped here for a late lunch. It was an excellent decision. The server, Maribel, was a excellent hostess. We both got the ceviche mixto and did not spice it up. It was delicious and similar to... More

We went to dinner Sunday night without a reservation. We had Seviche de Pescado, Arroz can Marisco, Tallarin con Bistec and a side of Fried Yuca. Everything came out in a timely manner. The food was excellent. Whenever we are in the area we dine at Alpamayo and we have yet to be disappointed! You must try the Peruvian cuisine... More

It is, advised to make, a reservation on the weekend because it's been very popular but make sure you double check. We had a party of 9 and somehow the reservation made 2 weeks earlier got misplaced. Nevertheless less, we were seated and had a truly delicious variety of dishes ranging from cerviche and lovely flavored steaks, spiced shrimp with rice... More

Very yummy seafood dishes. Quite interesting. i was pleasantly surprised. Very different from Spanish/Mexican Cuisine, which i was expecting it would be similar. Nice waitstaff, very attentive, relaxed quiet atmosphere.

Great friendly staff, reasonable prices and absolutely delicious food. We are in town on vacation and will definitely be coming here at least once more before heading home because we all loved it so much!

We stopped in for an appetizer, calamari. It was fresh, crispy and accompanied with a spicy dip. So good we stayed for dinner. The paella was fresh. Spices were perfectly balance. The yellow rice was cooked perfectly and not starchy. All our food arrived hot. Dessert was not a disappointment either. The Carmel custard and coffee finished the meal perfectly.
