The coffee here is the best I've had in the U.S. The service is exceptional. The staff are gracious, thoughtful, and pay close attention to the customer's needs. We tipped $20 for $10 order!

Icecream AND espresso?! YUM!! Great for a relaxing girl time on the outdoor patio, nicely shaded for my dog, and they offer a water dish. Enjoyed watching the birds sip from it . It was actually cooler there than in the shop. My sister had...the coconut almond bar icecream with espresso on top and devoured it, it was so tasty. A very good helping for $4.95, nothing stingy about it! I had the Purple Cow which was raspberry with white and dark chocolate chunks. Also tasty. There were only 8-10 flavours to choose from , but it is good quality icecream. Zumi's is an enjoyable spot to chill out. Colourful, comfortable and inviting, and intentional - with fair trade coffee, compostable spoons, etc. A great example to others!!More

This is by far my favorite coffee shop EVER! For coffee I’ve only gotten their Caramel Cloud Latte (always iced) as it’s most fantastic. It’s a caramel latte which then is drizzled in caramel! So ridiculously delicious! Then I’ve had their sticky bun, I wish...I hadn’t as now I HAVE to get one if there are any. Luckily for my pants and love handles there usually isn’t any left when I get there, assumably because they’re SO good! I have also tried their citrus muffin which quite wonderful as well. They use compostable cups and straws (for ice coffee) which I love as they care about waste and cutting down on the excess of plastic in the world. They have a $5 credit card minimum, today I learned they can round up to $5 and donate the extra $ to The Open Door Food Pantry in Ipswich. I think that is a MOST FABULOUS idea and will go out of my way to support a great company who will strive to build up the community and environment just because of good work practice.More

Local spot with real friendly help, that's hard to find in the north shore. Btw, great cup of coffee. Worth the trip. People who run coffee places should visit to get a great example of “ how to do it”

Great ice creams and delicious coffee, younger staff are great, however after ordering ice cream my daughter decided she wanted a cup to put her ice cream cone into. We waited by the ice cream bar for someone to assist us, no one came over...so I decided to get it for her by reaching in 2ft (roughly) behind the cream bar, I immediately got yelled at by a staff member saying I wasn’t supposed to be behind the counter in front of the entire cafe, to say the least this man was soooo rude, he didn’t seem to have a problem with the 3 cyclists who helped themselves re-fill their water bottles behind the ice cream bar also. Such a pity this mans rudeness ruined what would otherwise have been an enjoyable afternoon treat, we will not be going back there again.More
