We passed this place as we arrived in Hyannis. As we fancied a Mexican we checked into our hotel and returned. Although the car park was busy we were seated straight away. We ordered chicken fajitas and chicken fajita quesadilla. All the food was reasonably good, but there were some odd things, like the fajitas were not served on a... More

I've been a regular for over 20 years The food is great and the setting is really fun. You can't stop looking around. If you visit during the week at lunchtime there's a taco bar that is especially good for kids

We had gone to Captain Parker's where the wait was 30-40 mins. It was kind of late and except for the 1/2 chicken, which I wasn't really in the mood for, prices seemed kind of high. We were kind of in the mood for Tex-Mex so we chose Sam Diego's based on reviews. The waitress was OK but definitely more... More

We've eaten here before never expecting great food - but it was very mediocre-poor this time. We won't eat here again for the cost and quality, even for a chain restaurant.

Stopped here for lunch on a whim after hearing the advert on PIXY 103 radio. We knew it would work well because our boys LOVE tacos. The 7.95 lunch buffet is fantastic. It's not a large spread, but it has enough to fill you up through most of the day into late evening. Taco bar, soup and chili. Some extras... More

When I was first told just how great the tacos were at Sam Diego's, my first thought as I was listening was something along the lines of "alright already...you're only talking about tacos.....how great can a taco even be?". Until I went there (as recently as July 2016). The staff is extremely professional and courteous and the food is awesome.... More

Delicious, fresh flavorful food, generous portions, friendly service. The tortilla chips are great and taste fresh made. This is one of my favorite restaurants anywhere.

If you are in the mood for good mexican food, a fun atmosphere, modest prices, excellent drinks, homemade chips served warm with awesome salsa, etc. you will want to stop by Sam Diego's in Hyannis for sure. Mid-week check out their lunchtime taco bar which includes chili and varied soup specials. And for frequent diners, be sure to ask for... More
