I've been to Columbos many times. Both during the busy summer season, and during the off season. I have never been disappointed. I would recommend making a reservation as they are often very busy. The manager is the best manager in Hyannis, possibly on Cape. Always greets us personally with a smile. The food is always delicious and appropriately priced.... More

We enjoyed a perfect dinner here our first night in Hyannis as a family, so much so that we returned our final day in Hyannis for lunch. For both meals we sat on their open air patio. The staff and the food were both excellent. Highly recommend this establishment both for couples and families. We are already planning our next... More

What an awesome place, I thought by the name it was just a cafe. I've lived on Cape 40 years and never tried. Friends took us there, we wouldn't of gone otherwise, just to many awesome places on Cape to eat never mind on Main St. We were so surprised how good it was offering seafood to pizza... but not... I had dinner here with friends the other night and the food was very good. Salads are very large and easily shareable, and the main dishes are very large too. I loved the eggplant and my friends enjoyed their chicken dishes. The risotto was very good side. Service was on point and a nice dinner was had by all. No... More

Columbo's is on Main Stret in Hyannis, the center of a busy thoroughfare filled with tourists int he summer. it is a lovely haven for delicious food, pastries and beverages. We went re-theater, shared a pizza, a caesar salad, and also had glasses of a rich full-bodied chianti. The pizza, while noted as individual size at 10", ws more than... More

again this year we had to dine here,as it is one of our favorite places. and it did not dissappoint, with one exception. one of our party had very undercooked risotto. otherwise all the food was top shelf and price and portion were fairly balanced. the calamari appetizer in marinara sauce was even better ,if that could even happen. stuffed chicken... We had the blood orange gelato and a white chocolate torrone, both were delicious.I do recommend coming for the foodables. Now I was second in line and it took a good ten minutes for the people in front of me to put in there very simple order and me to put in mine. Also I asked the server if the... More

Been here many times. The food was very good. Our waiter hustled and always made sure we were happy. Stuffed pepper and shrimp diavolo was very good. Expresso and desert perfect.

Description
The name "Colombo" is the Italian form of "Colomba" the latin word for "dove", which is the "Bird of Peace". It is in the spirit of peace that friends and family gather to celebrate the everyday occurrences that touch our lives. Great food, drink and conversations are the cornerstones for the sharing of these convivial, day-to-day passions. Colombo's Cafe & Pastries stands for the beloved concept born in Italy of the "gathering place"... Truly a place that "welcomes everyone, everyday... At any time" translating as "Benvenuti a tutti" in Italian, whereby the tried and true, centuries-old tradition of "all are welcome" prevails.Open seven days a week, year round, from 11:30am for lunch and dinner.
