We live in Harwichport and I have heard friends talk about how much they liked it here. We went last night and it was so good. Really should be listed under fine dining. I had the bolignaise and it was perfect! Lobster Mac and cheese...More
Just like all things Cape Cod, this place was really over the top price-wise. It ended up costing us $500 + tip for 9 people. The food was well executed with generous portions, but man, the food wasn't that good. It's a big open room,...More
It's small, it's noisy, it's friendly, and it has one of most eclectic menus imaginable! Preparation and presentation is definitely "gourmet" without the "gourmet prices." Eat outside on picnic tables or inside and, if you're inside and are offered the one high table between the...More

Creative, well prepared, very fresh food and attentive service. We were in Harwich Port for four nights and enjoyed Mad Minnow so much we had dinner there twice! Clam chowder, grilled romaine salad with shrimp, perfectly pan seared scallops, and cioppino...all delicious!
Mad Minnow offers a great diversified menu and everything we had was fresh and tasty. Service and the drinks selection was great also. The falafels (appetizers) are excellent by the way. They should offer it as a main course ; )
I’m just a customer but I recall they opened about 4 pm and did not take reservations. They do host private parties though. It was disappointing that they were not open for lunch - maybe that will change this year.
