Visiting Rockport and Gloucester last week, Passports was recommended to us by some local people. We followed their recommendation. Great find. We visited two days in a row. The popovers are worth the visit. Warm and fresh and served upon being seated. We were all happy with our lunch- trying the different tastes. Cobb Salad, a Caesar salad with fried... More

Just their popovers alone are to die for. Been to so many restaurants that pride themselves on their meal-starting popovers. More often than not, they look much better than they taste. Passport's are simply the best I've ever had. And everything else we ordered was of equal or close-to-it quality. Our waitress has a very "distinct" personality . . .... More

Food was good but nothing to rave about. I had a cobb salad, my husband had Chicken piccata with pasta. Service was so/so. Popovers are tasty. We had a crab cake appetizer that had a lot of bread in it but was still tasty.

When you sit down, yummy hot popovers are delivered to your table. Good local beers on tap, plus local seafood made this a wonderful meal. The fish soup was amazing and filled with big chunks of fish, mussels and shrimp along with a piece of crusty bread to soak up some of the delicious broth. The mussels and mushroom torte... More

We usually have good results with Trip Advisor but today's adventure was a little disappointing. We stopped at Passports for a late lunch and the place was completely empty. It is fairly small but not cramped and the decor is cozy. The loud music being played by the youthful staff definitely took away from the atmosphere (I think I heard... More

Chicken Roquefort, so good. Just the right amount of delicious blue with added Apple. I must make this . Steak poivre for him. Good . Probably our favorite restaurant on the North Shore. Best to make reservations at busy times. The Popovers , perfect warm and wonderful. Good wines, good service. Really fresh ingredients make this one of the best

I visited this restaurant and had the a great appetizer and entrée. The wild mushroom torte was quite delicious. You cannot go wrong with any choices. Lots of beers and wines to choose as well. It is in the middle of all the shops and eateries on Main Street.

The food was incredible. Huge portions and fast service even on a Friday night. Fresh and wonderful differ flavor combinations. Loved it all. The popover rolls are an instant hit and hot when you are served immediately.

I actually believe this restaurant is very good because at least 3 other parties showed up and tried the door on a Monday night. It was closed with no sign or explanation. We ate elsewhere.
