Visited Gloucester and the Gloucester House- great seafood Mac and Cheese, nice atmosphere, and Dave Marciano from Wicked Tuna docks his boat right there. Beautiful little place! P.S.- be sure you pay for parking- no signage to indicated it was necessary, so I got a...More

Casual setting on the harbor that has friendly service and good seafood. Lobster roll was terrific and the lobster ravioli was superb with scallops and shrimp and chunks of lobster.

We had a lovely lunch here. The haddock tacos were absolutely delicious and the shrimp was also excellent. We decided against having lobster rolls since the market price was so high when we were there, but we were not disappointed in our meals in the...More

We celebrated our anniversary with a beautiful outdoor lunch. The seafood was fresh and delicious! I highly recommend the double stuffed lobster! Our server Hailey was excellent and made some great recommendations for our visit to the area that we thoroughly enjoyed!

The lobster is excellent at this restaurant. The staff is courteous and professional. The owner tells the best stories and gives a great overview of the local history.

We stopped here out of the blue after seeing it while passing through Gloucester. The view was pretty nice and the restaurant was clean and well-decorated. We split a seafood pizza as an appetizer but I think it was missing the serrano peppers. Still really...More

We enjoyed the view of the harbour, if you love Lobster Roll you have to try it. It a delightful meal to have it’s a bit more expensive than at other places but the size of it makes it up for it. Excellent wine selection....More

They do a great job here. The food is always good. Their calamari is the best! When they have their special buffets such as Easter or Mother’s Day, the choices of food are huge and always delicious.

The Gloucester House restaurant is renowned for its local lobster dishes and for the freshest North Atlantic seafood, prepared to perfection. Having been among the first to popularize fried calamari, our specialties range from award-winning clam chowder to homemade bread and cornbread, from Dottie's bourbon cake to Lily's wine list, and from Sambuca mussels to blackened haddock tacos to a fried fisherman's reuben sandwich. We always cook to order and have gluten free and vegetarian menus available, as well as children's meals. Dine full-service on our outdoor, dockside deck or eat lobsters in-the-rough on our harbor side wharf. Located on historic Seven Seas Wharf, there's something for everyone here: shop for souvenirs and local art at our General Store gift shop, enjoy a sail on the Schooner Thomas E. Lannon, or see the whales aboard Seven Seas Whale Watch. Whatever your fancy may be, the Linquata family invites you to join us year-round for a true taste of New England.
