Arrived for breakfast and seated over looking the salt marsh. A beautiful sunny morning. Ordered the hash with 2 poached eggs. Eggs were cooked just the way I wanted them! A large portion. Had to take home the hash. Easy to get to and close to my hotel.

We have been here a few times while visiting friends in the area, as it is convenient and good. Love to look out at the marsh and river - - so tranquil - - while enjoying their lobsta roll. Try to get a table with that marsh view, in the booth nearest the wall after getting to that side of... More

Lobsta Land was great. We had 16 of us and they were very accomodating. Our waitress was excellent and even managed to do separate checks. Food was excellent . I would def go back.

The view is the big draw here at Lobsta Land. Try to get a seat in the back half of the restaurant or bar as the windows overlook a marsh where you are likely to see any number of cool birds. The food is ok. I met a friend for lunch recently and I had the fish and chips, which... More

No taste to the thin clam chowder. Terrible service, slow and not attended to. Good fresh tuna salad sandwich. Friends we were with had been here before said it's gone down hill for lunch. Will not return.

We had a rehearsal dinner in May 2012 and were surprised with quality of steaks and fish. It isn't expansive steakhouse, but meat was tender and juicy - our guests from North Caroline were pleased and satisfied. Atmosphere was casual, country-like, so don't wear suits and fancy dresses (but who needs them on wedding rehearsal). For our family it will... More

For years this was a must when visiting Gloucester. I have always enjoyed the fried calamari. This time, ending a trip headed home, we opeted for one and a quarter pound lobsters at $27 with a skimpy salad and one side dish. In local markets lobsters was on sale at $5.99 a pound for soft shells. So our two hard... More

First trip to Lobsta Land it will certainly not be the last! Amazing freshness and quality, good service and fair prices. I had fried scallops which were tender and tasty, my husband had fried haddock which was delicious. Come hungry!!

We were turned on to Lobsta Land by locals many years ago, and it remains our favorite seafood place in the area. Why? They do all the standard local entrees very well - their fried whole belly Ipswich clams rival those at the famous J.T. Farnham's or the Clam Box without the typical wait in line for service. Their homemade... More
