Enjoyed eating here. Food was very good with a wide range of choices. Not a large place, but very comfortable. Plenty of parking nearby. We came to Gloucester to go to the Cape Ann Museum and this was the closest place to eat. Very convenient and we were lucky it was such a great place.

The employees asked us "what the deal was" with our service animals who were wearing vests. I told them I am a disabled Veteran and offered to show them their cards. We sat down to eat and use the wifi for an hour and heard the very loud older brunette woman, behind the counter making negative comments about us during... More

Clean quite coffee/tea shop with plenty of tables and couches to relax and spend time. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I've only ever had almond milk lattes (which are quite good), so I can't speak to their tea or other coffee drinks, but they always seem fairly busy so I bet they are good! They also have food which... More

Just the kind of place we were looking for - nice feel, good coffee, nice selection of food & pastries. Good location, just a quick walk up from the harbor. The only drawback - it took almost a half hour to get a couple coffees, and it wasn't that busy. We weren't in any hurry but half an hour for... More

I live in Gloucester, so I'm a tiny bit biased. That being said, this is one of my favorite spots in town. Their menu of drinks is HUGE and all of their sandwiches and baked goods are fantastic. They have plenty of places to sit and relax and there's free wi-fi for customers.

You can share a large pot of tea with a friend at the Pleasant Tea Co. Great assortment of sweets to go along with your tea. Terrific atmosphere.

A comfy place to go for breakfast, lunch, or tea. You can sit at a table or on a comfy couch. Locals love it.

Stopped in after a visit to the Cape Ann museum right up the street. I ordered the squash soup on a cold fall day. Delicious. And you can serve the soup yourself. Nice cozy atmosphere.

I went to a meeting with a colleague here and it was most enjoyable. The space itself is spacious and comfortable, with tables in the front and couches in the back. The banter behind the counter and with regulars was fun. The mocha latte was delicious.

I really like the spicy mole' latte and the grilled croissant with salmon and capers. But I've never had a thing here that I did not like: salads, wraps, teas, you name it. Such a great addition to Gloucester's food landscape.
