We stopped by for frozen yogurt on a very hot day. I was a little taken aback when the cost for two yogurts was $11, but when I saw how huge they were I understood. Two people could easily share one yogurt. They have a zillion different flavors too. The Peppermint Patty flavor was delicious.

This place was AWESOME!!! It was so, so busy and crowded but we found a small table for 2. We ordered 2 of their specialty sandwiches which were to die for and ordered some hummus to start. They make their own hummus and many of the spreads for the sandwiches. The taste was fabulous. They have fun, french style music... More

Small place, huge menu, large sandwiches. Popular for take-out with over 50 sandwich choices, a dozen soups, salads, etc. Contrary to Mel0 1944's review, I've seen this gruff man go out of his way to satisfy a customer with an unusual request.

It becomes quite crowed quickly. The food is bistro style, the portions are a good size and tastes delicious. The manager has a good sense about her even when it can be crazy busy.

I will now longer go here based on principle. The owner or manager is the most uncouth individual I have ever witnessed. Every time I have been in there he has been so discourteous to at least one customer. I have to wait in a long line to watch this boorish individual mistreat his paying customers....no thank you, there's plenty... More

What's good here, the Italian sub is! In fact, it's the best Italian Sub I have ever had! The bread is light and delicious on its own. The filling is put together by hand, by someone who cares how it looks and tastes; lots of tomatoes, lettuce, peppers, hot peppers, cheese and meat, red onions but completely balanced in flavours.... We went to Cafe Bischo on the advice of some locals and it was wonderful! The food was absolutely delicious. They have a large selection of soups and sandwiches to choose from and many of the menu items are not what you would ordinarily find in Gloucester. No matter what your particular tastes may be, you are sure to find... More

Walking around town in the afternoon we observed locals with large styrofoam containers of ice cream. When we found Cafe Bishco we joined them. The choices are endless -- healthy or decadent is up to you. The cafe also serves a wide variety of sandwiches, soups and pizza. All looked as delicious as the ice cream.

I stopped by here after the beach for a light lunch. It's nice inside and is on a cute little street with other restaurants and shops. I haven't had the coffee here but the sandwiches are "ok". Portions are huge (can be good or bad) and took about 30 minutes for a hot grilled sandwich. Garden salad was the size... More

This is a great place to pick up a sandwich before or after a whale watch. Or just pop in for lunch and you won't be disappointed in the large variety of sandwiches - both hot and cold. Many vegetarian options. Fresh ingredients and wonderful flavors, delivered quickly. You can take out or eat in. Portions are huge, so you... More
