Excellent, Excellent Excellent. Delicious, fresh sandwiches on great bread, creative salads, warm quiche, delectable baked goods, daily soup specials locally roasted coffee, lots of tea selections(including fresh brewed iced tea) cozy community tables inside and cafe tables outside. Wide selection of breads , some with locally sourced wheat, even a glass of vino if you wish... Eat in or take... More

If you're heading out to Quabbin Reservoir for the day (I highly recommend the trip), visit this bakery/restaurant in nearby Gilbertville (Hardwick.) The baked goods rival anything I've seen in Paris. They have real baguettes, not like the floppy ones you see in the grocery store, delicious salads and sandwiches. The tarts in the display case are masterpieces just waiting... More

Green onion biscuit with fluffy egg/cheese layer and bacon was enjoyed by 2 in the party. My scrams with applewood sausage was cooked as perfectly as the sandwiches above. Pastries made on the premises, continuously replenished, were flakey and moist. We had the cherry and apricot.

Stopped by at the Gilbertville location (Route 32) based on my wife's recommendation and could not have been more surprised at the quality of the food. Pulled in and the place was nearly full in the middle of the afternoon. There is ample inside and outside seating and ordering is done at the counter, but I was taking a few... More

This is one of the best bakeries/breakfast spots I have ever been too. Bread is made from local grains. Breakfast is delicious. Pastries and desserts are to die for. And coffee is perfectly made. Will worth the 30 drive from Sturbridge. I had second thoughts reviewing this because I don't want more crowds. But the owners deserve to be incredibly... More

4 stars for sure. It's just counter service but the staff is quick and efficient. They've gotta be- there's always a line. Somehow I never wait too long and always find a seat. The bakery selection is huge, the breakfast not so much. They have several things for breakfast that are all done wonderfully. The bread is wonderful, bacon is... More

Rose32 is the absolute best. Every time we visit Rose32 I am sure I will find a pastry that I do not like - They keep proving me wrong. The breads, desserts, pastries, biscuits, everything is wonderful. I cannot even pick a favorite.

While eating at a local waterfront restaurant, my wife and I were able to have a taste of what was going to become the begining of a quest. After dinner, desert is usually at least a possibility and at this evening's meal on Saturday, april16, 2016 such was the case. Fortunately I chose to order an item which was from... More

Russo's recommended we stop here for the best bread and desserts around. We returned to the line 15 minutes after sampling some of the items to buy more treats to take home (to VA).

When my wife and I want a treat, we drive out to Gilbertville to Rose 32 Bread! Not only is the food first class, but we always bring home a loaf of one of their home made specialty breads. I also have mention the friendliness of the staff and the family style tables. We all sit around big tables. We... More
