The food here was OK but not great. We went with the kids and the atmosphere was comfortable for the whole family. The decor is a bit dated but nice looking. If in the area again we most likely would not repeat.

Not worth the waste of time. If you are looking for a Ruth Chris replacement - just go to Ruth Chris. Did you see that photo of black forest cake? Entenmann with brown food coloring.

My husband hates to go out on Friday or Saturday nights, as it tends to be loud and crowded, with long waits. We took a chance on Ken's Steak House 3 weeks ago, and were VERY pleasantly surprised and pleased!! Upon entering, we were asked where we would like to sit, and we asked for a quiet corner. We were... More

Had high expectations after hearing about Ken's for many years. Service was poor, food was less than desirable and I could have had a similar meal in a diner for less.

1950s decor and (mostly) menu. I started with a cup of French onion soup. The broth was good and not overloaded with bread. My house salad was mostly lettuce with a few slices of red onion and two wedges of tomato; I would have liked more non-lettuce, possibly a few slices of cucumber. On the plus side; they had Russian... More

My friend had been coming here for 20 years and had been bragging about it .... I decided to give Kens a try although it definitely got mixed reviews ...I was pleasantly surprised. My friend was right. Service was wonderful..Food was great. I had the prime rib and it was to die for. Had house salad with Kens dressing and... More

I haven't been to Ken's in about 20 years. And when I suggested to two guy friends that we go there for some "manly" meals, they both said the same thing. I had a burger, which was fine; nothing exceptional, but "good." One friend had the short ribs (which he liked very much); the other, the shepherds pie (which he... More

Service and quality of food have both declined over the years. Ceaser salad, for example, used to be cold and crisp -- not so anymore. For on a quality level of lesser restaurants now. Too bad. I miss the past quality.

Ken's has been a family run restaurant on route 9 in Framingham since the 1940's, and it's currently under the 3rd generation management. I hadn't been there for years, and to be honest, I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised! Good food, great service, and reasonable (though not cheap) prices ... all it needs is to be renovated... More

The food was not great. The place is for an over 65 group. A bit old fashioned and needs renovations to pep it up a bit.

With Age comes great things..Ken's steak house has been serving Metro-West since 1935. Ken and Florence Hanna had a sound formula for success: Good quality food at reasonable prices, an honest drink and a good cup of coffee. Guests always receive prompt, courteous, attentive service. The prime and choice cuts of beef and the fresh seafood found at Ken's has set a standard of quality that is unparalleled.
