With Age comes great things..Ken's steak house has been serving Metro-West since 1935. Ken and Florence Hanna had a sound formula for success: Good quality food at reasonable prices, an honest drink and a good cup of coffee. Guests always receive prompt, courteous, attentive service. The prime and choice cuts of beef and the fresh seafood found at Ken's has set a standard of quality that is unparalleled.

Ken’s steakhouse is past its “Prime” which is sad for a steakhouse. I understand that times are tough with Covid, but that doesn’t affect the quality of the food, the salads, or the service. At least it shouldn’t. Decor and feeling was more of the...80s than anything recent. Food was just average. Not what I was hoping for.More

Noted for their steaks we had different fish dinners and all were very good. A side dish and salad were included. Table spacing in a big open tent means we will be back. They have daily specials that all looked tasty.

I went here for my anniversary. It has a nice atmosphere, but relatively expensive depending on what you ordered. The waitress seemed peeved when we first sat down because we ordered water. After we put our food order in she seemed much nicer. The food...itself was not that great. I had fish and chips and it honestly felt like a frozen meal that had been microwaved; the breading was soggy and just falling off the fish in mushy clumps. My boyfriend ordered a sirloin and explained to her how he wanted it cooked with no pink but not burnt or charred. It came out pretty red on the inside and burnt on the outside. Not sure if it was a communication problem between the waitress and cooks or the cooks just don’t know how to evenly cook the meat, but it was pretty disappointing. Overall, probably won’t ever really eat here again. The food was bland and we didn’t really eat it.More

With so much fear happening in Chinatown with the coronavirus- my family decided to be untraditional and have an all American dinner! My mom of 85 years of age had a great meal and had so much left over for the next day’s lunch! The...food and staff were excellent! Will be back again!More

Any restaurant that has been in business five years must be doing something right. Been around ten, fifteen years? No question you have to be a great place. What about one that’s been around since 1935? Yes, I said 1935! That means they’ve been getting...this not just right, but above and beyond for generations! This is, and has been, a family run business since it opened. I visited this past weekend for the first time in quite some time (I don’t live near by so I only go here when I’m in the area), and I’m glad to say the meal didn’t surprise me. I’ve come to expect certain things from Ken’s - great service and food - and I got what I expected and they didn’t disappoint! I got Ken’s Sirloin (New York Style) with the Mashed Potatoes. I was in Steak Heaven. It was a fabulous steak and the mashed are equally heavenly! My salad was Ken’s House. My wife got the baked stuffed shrimp with a baked potato (loaded), and for the salad she got the Caesar. The shrimp was tasty as was her salad. Our waitress was the epitome of a great waitress. She was friendly, professional, knowledgable and attentive without being overbearing. She should given lessons to other waitresses! There are a few minor, but yet important, items that in my opinion, should be improved. They certainly are the items that prevented me from giving them Five Stars. First, Ken’s House Salad consisted mostly of lettuce. It had two wedges of tomato, and couple of onions. Nothing else. No cucumbers, no anything else. While included with your meal, you can get it separately for $7.00. For that kind of money, you need to give customers more than a plate full of lettuce. The baked potato itself is good. Nice size, and cooked well. The “fixings” need a little work. It was very salty, probably too salty for most peoples taste, and the bacon was not a good quality bacon and had a bit of an odd taste. That being said, it was a four star meal with five star service!More

Went here with 2 other couples because of Trip Advisor reviews about Ken's reputation. Glad we did. Food was very good, especially scrod special. Our server was responsive and very nice when we asked her questions about the steakhouse. The only issue was I thought...the clam chowder was not especially tasty but one other person ordered it and thought it was very good.More

Ken's Steak House has been a fixture on Route 9 in Framingham, Massachusetts for as long as we can remember. We have not dined there in years but decided to give it another try after they redid the exterior. The entrance and bar seem to...have been upgraded but the dining room looked the same with its dark wood paneling. Our steaks were good and priced very reasonably compared to other high-end steak houses. Service was very good. Parking is available in the lot next to the restaurant. Based on our latest experience, we won't be waiting as many years to dine again at Ken's.More

Ken's Steakhouse is a classic old time steak house with a nice bar area with Kevin as a top bartender and server. They have daily specials priced well, but too big for lunch. Had a junior sirloin medium rare with baked potato and Ceasar salad...(with anchovies) for $14.00. Add a beer and you're set. Great menu overall. Well worth the visit.More
