First of all, this place is just really cute to look at. It's spaced out nicely so you have privacy and it's not claustrophobic. The service is EXCELLENT - friendly and fast. Coffee beats any breakfast place I've been. The food was high quality and...fresh! The ONLY thing that could have been better was the potatoes - they could have been a bit warmer, but they were so flavorful I didn't even care. I recommend a visit!More
We had driven to Agawam from VT and were in search of a restaurant. A local police man suggested Partners. The food was excellent, the service wonderful, and the price very reasonable. I had eggs florentine - with two poached eggs, fresh spinach (and sliced...tomatos), and real home fried potatoes. My wife enjoyed a turkey club sandwich. I strongly recommend Partners.More
I write this review after weeks of thinking about it. From the very first time my wife and I (light-skinned Puerto Rican and dark-skinned Puerto Rican) visited Partners, we didn't feel welcome. Not by the staff, and not by the patrons. I noticed us being...stared at by patrons and the apathy we felt from the staff. I told my wife, let's continue to go because we can't allow ourselves to be bullied out of a seemingly "whites only" environment. This is 21st century America, I thought. We visited Partners, and ordered take-out a dozen or so times. We tipped well, were courteous, respectful, and friendly, but the staff's apathy never changed. Sometimes they'd forget parts of our order or not visit our table unless we signaled and I gave up. I thought to myself, why? Why continue supporting this business? I understand we can't control how the patrons feel about us, but the staff never remembered our names (even though we remembered theirs), continued being apathetic and standoffish, and ignoring us. I gave Partners hundreds of dollars over a matter of months of giving the restaurant and staff the opportunity to show me that it wasn't discontent with our presence but, rather, a lack of familiarity. And, sadly, I write this to review to warn other Puerto Ricans and minorities in the community. You won't be welcome here. Lastly, I'm not going to put up with racism AND moist, cold take-out.More
Great place! Very good breakfast! Our family was traveling but we would go back if ever in area again!! I wish I could give it 5 stars but my breakfast burrito had several issues. First the good!! Service, all eggs were perfectly done, Avocado toast...very good. “Gravy Train” amazing. Beautiful individual flavors under sausage gravy. Well done! Corned beef hash was awesome!! Everything that passed by looked great. ****Now, my burrito really missed the mark. Eggs, hash browns, beans, chorizo, “homemade salsa” and “Crema”. First it was too dry inside, chorizo never fully heated through (gross and honestly not real safe). The salsa was really a little bit of Pico in a plastic cup (should be a real maybe smoky salsa) burrito needed moisture bad!! Tortilla too chewy maybe grilling would help. And the most insulting?? No “crema” just a Hood take out sour cream packet. Bummer!! Actual crema can be amazing. I hope they see this and go back to the drawing board on this one. Still.... you should go to this otherwise charming place!!More
The food is incredible and the volume of people eating there is proof its great. They offer real maple syrup and use great ingredients. The menu offers something for everyone. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. I will definitely return again.

Was hungry for lunch before 12:00 and decided to go to Partners. No problem getting a burger and fries before lunch she even gave me the lunch specials to look at. Burger came out cooked as ordered. A large patty on a fresh roll, lettuce,...tomato and just the right amount of fries fried crispy with no taste of old oil. This burger was one of my top 10 ever for $11.95! No frills diner that serves good food and for lunch and dinner they have adult beverages, beer, wine and a small bar for mixed drinks. Another good meal from this restaurant! Enjoy!More
