Great bagels. Awesome bagels. Worth the wait and there will be a wait. Only complaint is the order and pickup service is slow and confusing. You can order and pay online but that doesn’t save you a long wait due to the way they do...things. Maybe another staffing issue with everyone taking the free money and not wanting to work.More

Today I went to pick up my order at Cape Cod Bagel, and when I arrived, I was informed that the store’s online system had crashed. About 20 customers, including myself, waited outside the store patiently. They took our orders down, and suggested that they...would be made for us. I waited in the heat for 30 minutes (in addition to the 60 minutes I had already been waiting) only to be told that they could not make my order, even when I showed them proof of my credit card transaction. They told me they would cancel my order, but I was still charged. My principal concern is the manner in which the staff spoke to customers. They falsely accused the customers, who were being very respectful, of harassing a 14 year old staff member whom none of us had even talked to. And they behaved in a condescending manner, interrupting customers. I believe that when there is a fault in a business, the customer should not be blamed, and the customer should not be the one to face the consequences. I was very disappointed in Cape Cod Bagel.More

I have purchased bagels here for a long time. Their bagels are delicious and bring back Family memories every time I take in the aroma. The service has always been friendly and welcoming. Thanks cape cod bagel!

Although the bagels are the best on the Cape, the last two times have been very unpleasant experiences. This last Sunday I waited 25 minutes to place my order and another 25 minutes to get it. The egg sandwich and toasted bagels were completely cold....Won't wait again.More

Went for lunch. Menu has lots of choices. Enjoyed soup/sandwich combo. Clam chowder was only average but bagel sandwich was very good. Also had chicken Caesar wrap which was very good too. The staff however did not seem to have any interest in good service....The only enthusiasm at all was from a new person, but they didn’t seem to have been trained at all and had to figure things out as neededMore

My wife and I stopped here on our way to the Vineyard ferry. My wife ordered the hot pastrami and my wife wasn’t sure what kind of bread to get the sandwich on. The woman taking our order suggested a sub roll as it’s a...larger sandwich (they’re not kidding) and the sub roll would hold the meat better. I ordered the turkey club with Swiss cheese on an everything bagel. The sandwich was delicious and the bagel is one of the best bagels I’ve had in MA. We brought our 10 month old with us and the staff was so helpful and friendly as we had her in the stroller. They also have a fish tank which she loved!More

These bagels are so good and tasty. We bought a dozen at the beginning of our trip and another dozen at the end of our trip. This place is a destination for us each time we come to Cape Cod.

Cinnamon raisin is always my favorite, and theirs are great! We also had coffee to-go which was pretty good. (visited 7/20/19)

The bagels here are so fresh and delicious! The cream cheeses are made just right, with lots of flavors! The staff is always smiling and helpful! We will go back again!

Restaurants like this are among the many things that make Falmouth a great place to visit. The bagels, coffee, and muffins here are as good as you can find in Massachusetts. Excellent variety of bagels too.

First visit to grab a quick breakfast. Lots of menu choices, very reasonable prices. Staff was very friendly. Coffee and bagels were delicious! Only small negative was my bacon/egg/cheese sandwich definitely could have used more bacon.

Stopped here for a quick lunch, they have a big menu with lots of choices and their food is good! I definitely don't have any complaints, mostly I'm sure there's lots of good sandwich places around here as well
