My husband and I went to Jack's after reading amazing reviews and we're not disappointed. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess and seated at the bar (where we prefer to sit.) The bartender immediately came over and was wonderfully attentive. We ordered pizza and clam chowder to share before our meal. These items did not disappoint! The pizza was perfect and chowda (as Jack's refers to it) delicious! Our main courses came - scallops for my husband and the harvest salad for me - and both were very tasty! The honey lime dressing that comes with the salad I thought was an odd choice before tasting it, but see why they are paired together! As we were eating we noticed the owner Jack greeting guests, stopping and checking on tables, and assisting in bringing drinks and food to tables. Finally, we decided to squeeze in dessert, the bread pudding with salted caramel ice cream was phenomenal! We learned the owner's wife makes every bread pudding from scratch herself. I cannot say enough good things about Jack's. We will definitely be going back next time we are in Falmouth.

Jack’s is a true local hangout. It has a nice sized bar on two levels. Live music often plays three or four nights a week. Mostly duos and trios but when we were there recently , there was a rock band and frankly it was way too loud to enjoy our dinner. But that was the exception not the rule. I would highly recommend this restaurant where you find the husband and wife team greeting youat the door and making sure your meal is right as they peruse the tables and chat with the guest. Favorite items are Jack’s pizza with the works an old style thin crusted bar pizza. There’s also great hamburgers. There are entrées, but I’ve never had one as I usually just stick with the bar food.

Liked our first meal so much, we went back again during our week vacation.
Brian, our waiter, was great. And my bourbon steak tips cooked perfectly, the simple carrots and mashed potatoes delish as well. All of the dishes were wonderful!
FYI, don’t try to park out front. Go in back where there is a huge well-lit parking lot. And enjoy!

I don’t often write reviews but when I do there’s a good reason. My girlfriend and I stopped at Jack’s during a weekend in Cape Cod and we’re very glad we did. The food was amazing (definitely check out the pizzas which is saying a lot from a lifetime NYer), service was excellent and Jack really made us feel at home. The vibe was a ton of fun and everyone at the bar was friendly and made us feel like home.
The live music was great and reminded us what pre-Covid days were like. Jack even sang a few songs!
When it was all over we were sad to leave and sad to find that we had left a beloved jacket there. I got a FB message from Jack asking if we’d left a jacket and a day later the jacket appeared at our door. Great experience, great music, food, and drinks.

Went here twice while on vacation in the Cape. Friendly and good food with a little bit of everything to choose from. Pizza ,pastas, burgers, seafood etc.... I did not order the carrot cake for dessert, but our next table did and I had to take a picture, huge! Definitely enough for a table to share and they said oh so good. We had the bruschetta app twice because it was good. Then once the seafood trio and then the chicken parmigiana, both great, although I did prefer the parmigiano. Jack seems to be a staple, checking on all his tables and offering a friendly smile. Definitely will go back.

I ate here two months ago and can’t stop thinking about it. The food, cocktails and the service were excellent. The highlight of the meal was my Haddock Reuben. It’s the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. I live in New Jersey so I cant get back anytime soon so I just reminisce. I highly recommend this restaurant. Everything we ate was delicious but the haddock Reuben will change your life.

Easy to miss, sign is not on building and when see it not sure which building it refers to (the one on the right) but soo well worth it. Good for take out but recommend heading inside-nice restaurant not pizza/beer joint. Music some nights.

Casual dining whilst on vacation ... Food and service were very good. I would suggest that you pre-book - It gets very busy and people were struggling to be seated if they hadn't booked in advance.

It was very good and not to expensive I would for sure go again. They have a good selection of food and the desert they had was really good. Staff was nice and friendly and were even dressed up for Christmas.

I would drive two hours (and will next weekend) just for the pizza. Great drinks and atmosphere. I am obsessed with the pizza but my table mates enjoyed steak tips, chicken piccata and salads.

Jack's is a great place to have a drink and a pizza while listening to the piano. If your over 40 it is definitely the place to go. Friendly staff and great meals. Highly recommend.

Was looking for some place different to go while down for vacation - found this little gem - it appears to be a locals place (middle aged +) - had live music in the bar area - we were seated in a small room off the front (street side) door which was fine - waitress very friendly - had the tenderloin and he had the seafood stew - food was good (a little small on portions but good) - due to it being close to my birthday we had desert - we split a tower chocolate cake (good thing we did) - piece was HUGE but delicious - prices a little high but not terribly - will definitely return !!

Heard a lot about the place, convenient, lots of free parking in the back. Expectations were high. Nice quiet place at 5 30 pm but by 6 pm, particularly noisy, still ok. Ordered cocktails, not good, Hostess wanted to move you out. Ordered appetizers. Not remarkable. Told hostess cocktail was not good, she said she would take off bill, never did, fish and chips needed tarter sauce as so dry and unremarkable.
A typical cape experience where quantity of food outweighs quality. My recommendation stay with the chicken wings and burgers and you will be happy. If you want more goo elsewhere.

We chose Jack’s to celebrate a birthday with family. It was our first visit and was such a disappointment. After finally 10 minutes of standing at the hostess stand and not being being acknowledged, we were eventually seated. After 20 more minutes of ZERO interaction or acknowledgement from a server (or anyone), I finally approached the hostess and asked if we even have a server. We ordered our first round of drinks and then were left with empty glasses throughout the meal. Had to beg for a refill of water. The live music was deafening, we had to yell to each other to even have a conversation. It should add to the atmosphere, not completely take away from it. At the end the owner told us that they were short staffed — down 2 servers. If you don’t have the staff to give adequate service, close off a section or two of your dining room. I left incredibly disappointed. What was supposed to be a special celebration with my family left me regretting ever stepping a foot in the door. At least I know where NOT to eat in Falmouth. :/
