Moonakis is a wonderful breakfast and lunch café. They have all of the classic breakfast items with a spectacular selection of local and homemade specials. Lobster Omelets, house made cornbeef hash with eggs benedict. More options than you can sample in an entire summer. A great place to take first time visitors to Cape Cod. We brought friends from South... More

We have been eating at this establishment for over 10 years. Our kids love the pancakes and I have never had a bad meal. The service is always friendly and they remember your face every time! This is a standby for our family - get their early or risk waiting a while. Bring lots of cash as it is a... More

I've been going to Falmouth for the past couple years with family. This place is hard to get into.(for good reason!) don't go there hungry. I went for the first time last week. It is a casual breakfast place with great food. They serve breakfast until close. We didn't have to wait in line but that is mostly because we... More

This is the BEST breakfast place on the lower Cape! Delicious food, friendly servers, very extensive menu for both breakfast and lunch. Kudos to the cooks! Reasonable prices. After scoping out several places the past year since we moved to the Cape, this is my husband's and my favorite place. You won't be disappointed!

Wife and I love Moonakis, too! We go every Sunday after Mass. Oh.. FYI... the Moonakis is located in the Upper Cape, not the Lower. The "Lower Cape" is where you find places like Chatham and Orleans. Think the Cape like your arm. Your "upper arm" is near your shoulder ;) More

Went after work. Delicious lemon poppy seed pancakes and cinnamon roll French toast. The staff was friendly and kept the coffee cups filled! Would definitely recommend. It is cash only.

We had two types of pancakes and an egg dish and all were very good. The service was quick and pleasant. The only negative is that there are too many tables for the space making it difficult for anyone to move. We were seated up against the server station which was also the only path to most of the tables... More

The food has that "home made" flavor...delicious!!! Very reasonable prices. The staff was super nice and friendly. The only drawback for me was they don't accept credit cards. I rarely have any cash on hand and even more rarely anything over $10. They do accept checks which was a life saver for me.

I would have given them 5 stars if it weren't for the tightness of the interior (tables crammed inside) and the lack office water served in a place that was hot inside on a summer morning. The menu was wonderfully diverse (I LOVE THAT), the staff was friendly and quick to take order, and the orders came out a little... More

Our family comes from Dover and NYC to have breakfast at Moonakis. No one cares about dinner reservations. The summer holidays mean blueberry pancakes for our family of 12 !!!!!!!! Karen always meets each of us with hugs and kisses. We feel so welcomed. It is a most special place. It will always be part of our cape highlights. When... More
