You won't be a stranger for long here! Warm pub atmosphere, lots of beers on tap, honest to goodness live Irish & popular music. Great pub food-try fish and chips (fresh fish delivered daily), Guiness stew, potato skins or nachos at the bar. Great cocktails and wine if beer's not your thing. All ages, lively crowd on weekend when Liam & other bands play.

Proper fish and chips (discounting the paper of course). Crispy beer batter, fresh cod and chips cut from the potato (not out of a bag in the freezer). Best I’ve had on the Cape. Service a little slow but no big deal under the current circumstances.

Tonight we went to Liam Maguire’s Irish pub for our meal. We were there prior to busy spell, and ordered the his and her steaks on a lave stone which is extremely hot, as the steaks are rare on arrival to the table and continue to cook they also came with fries and vegetables. We also ordered a side portion of onion rings. We couldn’t fault the food as it was very flavourful and tasty. There was no prices showing for there beers on the menu, which I think should be shown as like in other establishments, as both beers were $9 dollars each which i feel is expensive

Liam Maguire's Irish Pub, surprisingly offers the best steak in Falmouth. Surprisingly, because Maguire's is a pub that in better times hosts great live music and ambiance. But few would go there for an expensive gourmet dinner. The food and drinks are good and not at all expensive. And then there is this steak! What makes it so special is that it is brought to the table seared but not fully cooked on a stone heated to 500 degrees. It comes with 3 sauces: an herb butter; horseradish; and a great steak sauce. It sits in front of you and you supervise the continued cooking. Now this technique would be fun and novel, but not necessarily taste as heavenly as it does were the meat and cut not of the highest quality. But they are and the result is delicious. My tip, order it with a green salad and the blueberry cheesecake, and you will leave a happy camper! Dr.Rita Sweet

Needed a pre Saint Patrick's Day dinner. Corn beef and cabbage, plus Shepards pie. The pie was very tasty and you can't ruin Corn beef. It was very tasty. Good selection of beers 🍻.

Liam’s never really changes. It is a typical Irish Pub. My wife and I keep coming here and we are not sure why. The food is very average and it is more expensive than it should be for the quality and portions. On the plus side, our waitress was excellent.

We stopped in on October 13 to take a break from strolling and eat. We've been here before for light meals and the food and service are absolutely top shelf. I got the Irish Stew and my wife got the Irish Egg Rolls (you've got to try these). My Mother in Law got a salad plate that was so big, she had to take some home in a doggy bag! The vibe here during the afternoon is quiet and relaxing and has a very Irish feel. Go hungry because the portions are generous to say the least. Our server was terrific and she answered all our questions with a smile. Don't miss this gem when you're in Falmouth! Stop for lunch when you're Christmas shopping.

Our family of eleven (including two small children) had a great time enjoying dinner at Liam Maguire’s. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The food was tasty and the atmosphere was somewhat noisy, but that seemed to add to the experience for our group. We made a reservation and were given a large table in the back section of the restaurant , which allowed us to stand and be able to mingle within our group. Fun place for dinner

Around the corner from our hotel, this quaint Irish pub delivered. Our waitress was so sweet and offered great recommendations (we had very picky teenagers with us - LOL). The meals were delicious and prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend the fried pickle chips - plenty for the whole table to share.

Good cozy spot for catching up with family or enjoying good spirited music, taking a weight off. The mussels with smokey vodka sauce were incredible as was the breakfast pizza and pork belly blt. The folks who work here try really hard and host many community give back functions - Katie's ALS, Christmas & Street Fairs, concerts, etc. If you like it quiet, ask to be seated in the back. I recommend the Teeling.

lots of great Irish food as well as some just American fare. Friendly service, really good food. Very clean.a busy place and the food is fresh and very tasty. We really had a good time there. A good selection of beer, very cold. Sandwiches o r full meals we all had different items. I had a plate of Irish egg rolls, corned beef with sour Krout and thousand Island dressing on the side. Really good. A really nice place to stop while looking around downtown Falmouth, Ma. One of the better places to eat in town. Best to call ahead for reservations if possible.

I was having a nice mother daughter dinner until the food arrived. Waiter was was nice and all. I had ordered the chicken & waffles which should’ve been called chicken & awful. It warranted a gag from me which has never happened before. Cheeseburger was disgraceful unless you like spoiled card board and hot garbage flavors. Left tip and ran.

Good food and drinks at the Pub. The fish and chips platter was huge with tasty cod. The lobster roll was delicious. The shepherds pie was good too. Wait staff was friendly with quick service.

Best night life/ bar crowd in town. You can still get a drink Even while the bartender sings karaoke they know how to run a pub. Nicest family you’ll ever meet.

We’ve always had the BEST Sheperds Pie at Liam’s. We haven’t been there since before Covid. Had heard the menu has deteriorated since Liam’s passing. Shepherd’s Pie was not good. It was made with very poor quality meat and it a-good flavor. Very disappointed ☹️
