Had dinner with some friends Wednesday night and was astonished by the prices on the menu. Although the food was good it was way overpriced. Bring your wallets

Decided to eat lunch at this restaurant based on tripadvisor reviews- it was by far the best seafood we ate our whole (short) time on the cape. Decent sized portions for the price. We got a huge lobster roll for $19 bucks that would have easily cost $30+ somewhere else. Décor was very quaint and cute- very convienient location on... More

I was recently in Falmouth for the Falmouth Road Race with my parents and everyone's favorite restaurant was the Quarterdeck. The reason for this is that the food was delicious and there was plenty of it. I got the soup of the day which I remember as being some kind of seafood chowder and it was wonderful. For dinner, I... We have a capehouse and always eat at the Quarterdeck. The food is always excellent. I love their clam chowder and their seafood platter is excellent.

The restaurant is in a post and beam like building which gives it a colonial like experience. The food is traditional New England fare and is well prepared and of moderate price. There is usually no waiting to be seated and reservations are not required. The restaurant is open year round and does have a bar area.

Full bar with a menu of some unusual mixed drinks. Menu is extensive with something for everyone. Chicken panini is outstanding. Busy spot on Main Street so most of the time you could wait about 1/2 hour but worth the wait. Hostess was super friendly and helpful to any of your questions about the area.

First the good points. Kids burgers and husbands fish pie were great. I ordered the special Chicken and Eggplant florentine with pasta. Chose green beans as the side. Dish arrived, looked good but was cold and no side dish. Dish was retuned (same plate so just heated in microwave?) only to find that there was actually no chicken in the... More

We had two amazing XL lobster salads (practically a lobster sandwich). Simply amazing and really XL! One of the best ever had.

Our family came for dinner. My wife and I split the baked lobster - it's huge and delicious. The steamers were also good. As was the stuffed quahog. But the blackened swordfish was out of this world - best we've ever tried. Worth waiting on line to get in.
