I know these places have a short season to make their money, but you are only paying for the view here, so if your going to eat there make sure you get a table outside. The food is terrible, the steamers were awful, mouth full of sand in every bite. We told the bartender and he responded, I'll tell the... More

Our family stumbled onto this as we were looking for another location that GPS couldn't find, and this was the closest seafood restaurant. We were looking for good Cape Cod seafood, and we ended up with a good meal. My son wanted a lobster roll, but at $36.99, we did not order it. Other than that, prices were reasonable. In... More

Sit over Falmouth harbor, watch the boats come in and out while having some pretty good food. Fun place to go for dinner and relax!

Great service and excellent food. Our party ate lobster rolls, fried fish, hamburgers and salads. All were amazing. Ate every last bite.

Been going here for several years. We are not tourists. My wife ordered Lobster Role. She has had this regularly at every restaurant in town. In fairness to restaurant they did price it at 'market price' however average price at all other Falmouth restaurants for Lobster roll is $25.00 and twice the size of this. We did not ask price... Out at the deck bar the service is terrible. Young people bartending that don't have the first clue as to what professionalism is. They seem to have no experience and we witnessed them having a difficult time keeping track of customer's credit cards. No common sense. Seems they were just thrown in to fill the position. Good luck!

Don't eat here unless you want to get ripped off! Nice location but the prices are ridiculous. I ordered a stuffed quahog which was good but for $7.00 it should have been loaded with stuffing. Very disappointed. Hubby and I decided to split a lobster roll and were told it was $32.00 which we thought was outrageous but the bartender... More

My sons and I went to dinner outside in the deck. Deck is very nice all redone and plenty of space. However, the food is overpriced. I ordered a Lobster Roll. It was the most expensive , $37.99, I have ever had in Falmouth and all over Cape Cod. It was not very good tasting, no flavor! To top it... More

I have read some reviews on this place, and I think a lot of the negative ones are "unfair". First check the dates of the review, 4 yrs. ago this was a different place. One reviewer said the service was slow, but, he gave no specifics, was it 4th of July weekend, was the place packed, etc. People if you... More

The Boathouse is a great place on Falmouth Harbor that offers very comfortable indoor and outdoor dining. Their menu covers all bases of seafood, beef and chicken. Their salads are very good and their outdoor bar is a good place for drinks or while you wait for a table. If you are a boater, you can tie up to their... More
