Tried Glass Onion for dessert, not dinner. Convenient location, very elegant decor. Can't speak for menu but dessert acceptable and reasonable. Service attentive.

The interior of the restaurant is absolutely lovely. The table settings simple but elegant. In the past the food has been excellent Unfortunately last nights meal was sparse, mediocre and expensive. We were made aware of measured portions by our pretentious waiter when we asked to substitute something else for collard greens. Our entire party walked out disappointed

We have been staying across the street at the Inn on the Square and decided to see if we could get a table as we walked past. The food, wine and service were excellent all round. The staff were attentive and accommodating. A must visit restaurant if you are in Falmouth.

This place reminds me of a favorite quote of my grandmother. "It was great what there was of it." Food was absolutely delicious, but the portions did not match the prices. Everyone of the six people had dessert. Maybe that's the plan.

This is my favorite place to dine when you want the food and experience to be THE BEST! The service is exceptional and so is the food. I take myself and my guests and highly recommend the Poached Lobster with 2 shrimp and perfectly done risotto. I didn't realize I even liked risotto until I had it at the Glass... More

gnocchi came it was burnt and they tried to hide it by flipping them over and covering with scallions. Very disappointing and the onions made no sense. Not a cheap restaurant and should not be serving burnt food that I waited an hour for.Itunderwhelming to say the least and annoying that we spent to

The waitstaff was welcoming and friendly, but the food was exceptional. For the entree I had poached lobster and shrimp with buttered risotto. It was fantastic. For dessert we split the blueberry shortcake. That was wonderful as well!

The fact that you cannot make reservations is annoying to start with. Decided to go early before the season started. 2 couples. We arrived a 5:30, only one table was occupied. They said they wouldn't seat us until the other couple arrived. Said we could sit out on the porch and order a drink. (No bar). I asked at that... More

My wife and I visited the Glass Onion to celebrate our anniversary. Since it was just the two of us, we planned an early arrival to eliminate any wait on a very warm summer evening. (Reservations are accepted for 6 or more.) We walked in promptly at 5 and were immediately greeted with a warm smile and escorted to our... More
