Beautiful place to have diner with friends watching the ocean and the moon rising.
Service was good and being on the deck felt safe with social distancing between tables. Although outside there was protection from the wind. The food was good and well presented. Cocktails and food a little pricey but since there was such a great view and quality of food was good it was worth it for a special night out. Tip - if you want a good view remember to book ahead.

After reading all the reviews my wife and I were excited about having dinner at Soprano's. We had a 7PM reservation we were taken in and seated very promptly.
Once seated we ordered drinks and an appetizer to share. We chose the Meatballs & Ricotta, they were very tender and the sauce was very good. Being it was a Saturday evening the restaurant was 'PACKED' and the tables were close together. This was very disturbing because my wife and I could not hear each other talking across a table for two. On Saturday night they provide entertainment, we were sitting not more than 20 ft. from him and could barely hear him. For our meals we had the Scrod Francaise and the baked Scallops. Both meals were good. The best part of our evening was our waitress Susie. She was absolutely fantastic !! We even had a bit of trouble chatting with her due to the noise level in the restaurant. Maybe on another night when it was not so busy my review would be more flattering. We dined in many other restaurants in the Falmouth area and did not have the noise level we experienced at Soprano's.

The setting is ideal looking out over the water. The service, despite the fact that there was a party of 20, was excellent. Drinks great. The food, however, was very disappointing. Their special, scrod Zingarelli, was full of angel hair pasta but you were hard-pressed to find scrod, mushrooms or artichokes that were the feature. My friend’s ravioli bolonaise could only be described as ordinary. We like this restaurant so hope they can spruce up their food.

While visiting friends in Falmouth we chose Soprano Casino by the Sea for dinner one evening. We were fortunate to have a reservation for when they opened and were lucky to have a table on their outside upper deck. We had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Our service was friendly and prompt and we received our meals in a prompt fashion. A couple of us had delicious sea scallops served on a bed of pasta and the others also enjoyed a seafood entree. And, we had some great wine as well!

They accommodated a table for 11 people, all of whom really enjoyed their meal and the servings were HUGE! It's nice to see a restaurant serve a respectable portion of food for the price. The service was great. The views from inside the restaurant were impressive.

After 30 years living on Cape Cod we moved away. We we’re in town visiting our favorite places and Soprano’s was one of them. We remember their first location at Deer Run in Mashpee so we’re long time fans.
The view of vineyard sound is stunning. The weather was perfect for early fall.
At first everything seemed perfect. We ordered drinks and really there’s no better place to wait for your drink than our stellar seats by the beach. Then you wait, and wait and wait. We we’re served bread and oil and water by the busser. 25 minutes later our drinks came and our server took our order.
Apps came right out thanks to plate runners. We’ll shucked, chilled oysters, caprese salad and bacon shrimp were to die for.
My husband ordered wine when the apps arrived. As the server was walking by she’d say your wine is on the way. No wine.
We ate the apps and dinner was served. Still no wine. We asked the runner to please ask our server to stop by. A few minutes later the plate runner returned with the wine and said “your server is too busy to come by” and left the wine un poured with a glass on the table. Five or so minutes later she can’t by, cleared some plates from the apps and walked away without a word or even addressing the fact that she had forgotten the wine. I orders a glass at that time she said she’d be right back and wouldn’t forget it.
Well we finished our meals and I flagged her down to ask about the wine and without coming over to the table she
Sent it over via the runner again.
When she came to take our plates she refused to make eye contact, minimum interaction asking if we were interested in dessert. We ordered 2 cappuccinos and she said she’d be right back with menus. Well after 15 or so minutes of watching her chat with other servers and walk right by us she did in fact bring menus. She held the menus and said to my husband “Sir, the kitchen is closing down so if you want to order it has yo be now”
At that point we said forget the cappuccino and please bring the check. That came immediately.
Done and done.
If not for us continually redirecting our attention to appreciate the view we would’ve left long before our meals came.
Worst service ever anywhere.

The food that chef Mike presents nightly is outstanding from the Carbonara pasta, chicken saltimboco, steak au poivre and the best of all across francaise.
only one regret they dont do the bananas foster like the original in mashpee MA

Thank you to Aja Frijon and her staff at Sopranos by the Sea for a truly memorable rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks gathering! Aja was most accomodating and easy to work with while planning. An early tour of the event space off season was easy to book and all the menus and pricing information for the upcoming season were available.
On the night of the dinner, the event space layout was perfect and nicely decorated. The view from the large ocean front deck was a wow factor for our guests.
The service was outstanding from start to finish. The passed, hot hors d'oeuvres, the Italian charcuterie table, the meal and dessert were everything we hoped they would be. All of our guests felt truly special.
The venue easily transitioned to welcome drinks and Doug at the bar was outstanding!
The valet parking, required for larger events, was most appreciated as nearby parking is quite limited.
We highly recommend Sopranos by the Sea for a truly special event!

This spot has a terrific view of the ocean (except for the foggy, overcast night we were there). We decided to go here because our two other preferred options had over a one hour wait and this place was nearby and seated us right away Aside from this convenience, I would not return. The food is highly overpriced and tasteless for the most part. My sea bass, served over spnach risotto was a tasteless piece of fish and the risotto was so over "cheesed" that this is the only flavor that came through. I spent time picking out pieces of spnach and left most of it on my place. Another in our party had the steak which he labeled as just "OK". Pasta primavera for another in our party was also tasteless - he is a vegan and this was his ony meal option and it seemed that they could not come up with any other option for him Fine restaruants will offer addtional options or alternative meal preperations but not this one, although for the price, one might think this is a fine dining establishment - don't fool yourself as it is not. Really all it has going for it is the ocean view. For what we paid, a totall ripoff and I will not return. BTW, the new name is The Wharf Restaurant, but as I understand it, same owners as the previous name. "Been there, done that. Done"

Made reservations for Saturday night. Plenty of parking. Taken in promptly. Our waitress was friendly, and attentive. Beach Please cocktail was delish, nice wine by the glass menu. Shrimp cocktail was pricy but very worth it! Entrees of Scrod Francaise and a dish of scallops, shrimp and lobster over capellini were wonderful. View was beautiful, even on a dreary weather evening. Live music was the bomb, not too loud where you couldn’t converse and a nice blend of songs. We will go back for sure, our new favorite restaurant in Falmouth.

A beautiful view with terrible food. We ordered two different fish entrees that were totally void of the slightest bit of flavor. Cardboard tastes better. Server tried hard but was obviously lacking any support.
Didn't have several items listed on the menu.

Extremely disappointed. Very loud dining room where I could not hear my spouse 3 feet away. The service (Kathleen -waitress), Little Neck app. and the Ceasar Salad were good but the entrees we had were terrible. Salmon Caprese and Scrod Francaise were skimpy portions with the fish slightly over cooked. The risotto side with my Scrod dish was gloopy and tasteless. The restaurant did take the dinners off the bill.

We eat on the beautiful patio overlooking the ocean at sunset. It was a stunning view! We all had lobster ravioli in vodka sauce and we all loved it. We had the fudge cake and the cheese cake for dessert and they were marvelous. Al the wait staff was friendly and the drinks good.

Blonde hostess seems like one of the most entitled rude people - I went in and waited for reservation - she was at the booth - no "hello welcome etc." She gave me a "do you need something"
This is the entrance of the Restuarant.... wont be back

We sat outside on the covered porch. The views were incredible. The food and drinks were excellent. We first went to Shipwrecked and couldn’t even get into the door! So, we walked down here. SO glad we did! We were able to walk right in at 8:00 PM and secure an outside table with incredible views immediately. They also have live music inside, which we could also hear outside, and it wasn’t too loud. So it was very pleasant.
The only reason I’m doing 4 stars is because the initial service was on the slow side. Took us a while to get drinks especially. But once we had drinks it went faster. Highly recommend the baked sea scallops casserole.
Wonderful way to start our vacation. Would definitely go back here!
