Good seafood and salads

Seagood and salads are the safest bets here. We've eaten at the restaurant twice and found it to be consistent. The food is slightly above average, reasonably priced, and decent value. Not a particularly good wine list.

You will not be disappointed with the clam chowder, baked haddock, and filet of sole. Perfectly cooked haddock nice sized thick filet. Great location with a great view of the water. Highly recommend.

Food seems bland and over-priced. I had fried fish in mind and this is not the place to go for that. More upscale and expensive entrees (high $20s). My companions like the clam chowder and the setting is lovely. Service was just ok - while the waitress was attentive, I had to wait a bit for my salad when the... More

We have been going there for years, two to three times each summer. The food is always well prepared, tasty and attractively presented by an always friendly staff. They have an excellent clam chowder and entree portions are always quite adequate. We have yet to be less than completely satisfied.

Always consistent, and very good. Real New England recipes for seafood, and not lots of cheeses, etc. Unless that is what you like and you can get that too. Enjoyed the Fried Clam appetizer, and then the Baked Haddock. Very good, and plentiful. The waitress was very good, and she paid just the right attention: not too much, but didn't disappear.

Good seafood. Fried clams were excellent, lobster roll was OK. Nice deck until the no-see-ums arrived, but fine inside.

The one with the extra cash in it for emergencies. The food here is very good, which is important, because the price of it is, well, not very good. For lunch, a half a sandwich and a cup of soup came in at a hefty $14. Had a lovely cup of lobster bisque elsewhere this week for $6, which would... More

The food here is good. I got the haddock sandwich, that's made with a cornflakes crust. It was a different twist than most fish sandwiches I've had in the area. It was delicious. However the prices here are outrageous.

The staff are very attentive and cheerful. We had a waterside table which was what we wanted for our company. Food is excellent. We had steamed clams to share. Their wedge salad is huge and crisp. Lobster rolls were good as was a flatbread special. There was a good side salad which they did not mention. I usually get their... More

Charming little place with riverside seating. Friendly service and the fried clams were delicious!! The menu seemed to have a bit of everything, but was mostly seafood.
