Mary and her crew always serve up great food fast in this little hole in the wall diner in Edgartown. The Monte Cristo is my favorite, French toast with meat, tomatoes and cheese. Always a yummy choice.

We ate breakfast there both mornings we were on the island. The down to earth staff and delicious food will most certainly bring us back next time we are visiting. I had eggs over easy with rye toast and my husband enjoyed the french toast....More
Stools Only along a Long Counter in this establishment. One of the few places you can still visit and watch your breakfast being prepared. Almost all of the patrons were locals which is always a great sign. Prompt friendly service in a historical classic atmosphere....More
A local treasure. Great breakfast. Good prices. There's always someone interesting to talk to. Better yet, you can hear some great stories.

Wonderful "greasy spoon." The omelette was excellent. Nice melted cheese and ham. Piping hot coffee. Great wheat toast. Waitresses add to the ambiance. Hit the spot.

This is the quintessential morning hang out for ham & eggs and fresh coffee. The counter is short and the wait is, sometimes, long but we love it. Not to take breakfast here at least once is a mortal sin.

Cheap eats for breakfast or lunch. Lots of locals here. Great breakfast sandwiches. Friendly wait staff. No tables. Just a long lunch counter.
