In the commercial center of Dennis Port, Original Seafood is a mainstay. Using the same recipe for decades, it specializes in good old-fashioned fried seafood. Clams, scallops, shrimp, haddock ... the only land animals served here appear in a hamburger and a hot dog. Fried seafood has countless fans, and many have their own favorite style. Some like a smooth,... More

Not great...was expecting better seafood. My sisters fried shrimp was soggy...ew. My crab cake was mainly filler...I would not go back.

Delicious fried seafood! Moist fish and chips and scallop roll! Shrimp platter was not greasy! Big serving and inexpensive! Definitely a good place for a quick lunch or snack! Our new favorite in Dennisport!

You place your order at the counter (or drive through). The staff members were friendly, helpful and gave good recommendations.

Of onion rings and fries. We liked the broiled haddock. Cole slaw had too much dressing - a little less and it would have been just right.

The food here is excellent! If you are counting carbs you may not want to go. They do have some broiled dishes but we we went for the fried. The serving sizes are huge! You can't finish it. Lots of leftovers which we had for two more days. Seafood is fresh and batter is light. We will go back again before... More

This is our favorite restaurant in town for seafood. We order our sweet potato fries first, so we can enjoy them while they are hot, hot, hot. They are the best in town. Entrees are great. We get a bunch of broiled scallops, also to die for--and healthy. I'll share them or get a spicy shrimp wrapped for myself. Counter... More

This place was nasty. The clam chowder was soooo salty and had a terrible (slimy) texture. We ordered the chowder, fried clams, children's hotdog, sweet potato fries and a burger- nothing was good. My child refused to eat the hotdog (which is her favorite food) so I tried it and realized it had a nasty flavor. The place was so... More

Tried this restaurant b/c we heard Kream n' Kone & Original Seafood were started by the same people. Have to say we prefer Original Seafood. Menu is limited compare to K n K but the fried food is tastier and not oily. Definitely going back.
