We were on a tasting mission on the Cape and Smugglers won! We had the coffee Oreo and it was delicious. I also tried my niece's peanut butter chocolate and it was yummy too!

After a visit to the Cape Cod Museum of Art, we stopped in at the Smuggler to get cups of frozen yogurt with chocolate sauce (Raspberry Chocolate Chip and Chocolate with Almond). Both were fine, and the line to order, which was super long a...couple of evenings back, had just a few people. We took our treats to shady seats on the East side of the building and had a fine time. Both of us agreed that, in our quest to find the best ice cream place on the Cape, we have found at least two others that have a slight edge, but the determining factor in future choices will be convenience of location. Yummy ice cream, great friendly service,. They were busy , yet really fast and efficient. The biggest praise I have, however, is how they handle food allergies here! My son often can’t have hand dipped ice cream due to cross-contamination risks. He really wanted ice...cream in the Cape so I emailed a half-dozen places in the area. Only two responded, and one was Ice cream Smuggler. He said they would wash hands, use new scoops, and scoop from a fresh tub in the back. When we arrived they did just that! The girl that waited on us also informed us which cones had cross-contamination warnings and which didn’t without me even having to ask. Thanks so much, Ice Cream Smuggler! Amazing ice cream in Dennis! I love all the unique flavors and it really tastes homemade. The line always moves fasts and the service is wonderful as well. Such a cool spot on the cape.

I can not say enough good things about Ice Cream Smuggler. I just wanted to keep coming back everyday for their homemade ice cream. It was so good. On one of our excursions their I tried their vegan chocolate peanut butter ice cream because I...love that flavor combo. I would have never guessed that it was vegan. It was creamy and flavorful. My kids couldn’t get enough of their Cookie Monster flavor and stuck with that flavor for our visits.More

We’ve been to 3 places to get ice cream since quarantine and so far, Smugglers was by far the smoothest. We got the ice cream we love with curbside pickup. They accepted Venmo, so it was easy to pay in advance. And the ice cream...was delivered quickly. Very smooth process. Tons of great flavors.More

The Ice Cream Smuggler has happily (for us too!) found a new home right near 134 on 6A. We love their peppermint stick ice cream! Nice people! (Seasonal)

One of our favorite ice cream shops, usually packed with customers in season. Moved in 2019 to near the intersection of routes 6A and 134. Their ice cream is still excellent, and the new location has more parking than previously. Expect lines in peak season,...but worth waiting.More

Went with my wife for ice cream (what else?). Both of us found the ice cream (we both had 2 different scoops, therefore 4 different flavors). At best the ice cream was watery/icy and had little taste. Plus the price was high. For the record,...we are in our 70's, travel extensively, are foodies, both of us cook and bake, plus I have written over 200 reviews for tripadvisor - we are not amateurs in the tasting department. Most supermarket store brand ice cream is tastier.More

The Ice Cream smuggler has moved the picture shown above is not the Ice Cream Smuggler. They moved and are at the intersection of 6A and 134. The building shown is an ice cream parlor but a pale comparison and not the original Smuggler. The...original is down the road a mile and has the best ice cream on cape cod. I highly recommend the pies they are amazing! Remember open daily until Columbus Day then weekends until thanksgiving.More

Nice clean store...We had some great ice cream here-- many interesting flavors. The Mocha chip was our favorite!
