We just enjoy the atmosphere and the bar area. Food is way above average and a good value. They do a great job with their soups and entrees. Also a good place for larger parties. Plenty of parking. Reservations for regular seating will probably be necessary during season because this place is not a hidden gem.

We were given a gift certificate to this restaurant, and went for dinner. I had the best scallops I ever had. My husband, who is very picky about his swordfish, said it was outstanding. Our waitress was a joy. The place was packed, hard to even find parking, but the staff was wonderful. Can't wait to return.

I've been to Scargo Cafe many times and it is always excellent. This visit was no exception and we had a wonderful meal with outstanding service. My wife and I both had the Seafood Strudel and it was amazing. They had a "wine clearance" going on and we were able to enjoy a nice bottle of wine for only $20,... More

Large restaurant where we can usually be seated quickly. Food is reliably good especially salads, soups, appetizers. Full bar but know what you want...special cocktails sometimes disappoint. Have had many satisfying visits both with one or two friends and with large groups.

Don't get me wrong but we are huge Scargo Cafe fans - we have come here every year for the past 8 years when vacationing and the menu continues to be amazingly creative. But Scargo Cafe is faceing better situated competition in the area and in comparision it seems to be living on its well deserved repuation. I still would... More

After driving to the beach in Dennis, on our way to Hyannis to board the ferry, we decided to stop for lunch. The parking lot was crowded, so we figured it must be decent. It was way more than that. The server, Heather, was very accommodating and made great recommendations. The food was delicious. Hopefully, we'll get back there soon.

We came here with our daughter and four grandchildren tonight. The service was excellent and everyone thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Clam chowder, shrimp cranberry salad, boneless short ribs (amazing), salmon, lemon flounder and seafood strudel - all fabulous. Then the grapenut pudding and peach cobbler to top it off. This place is consistently wonderful. Thank you for a great meal.

It had been many years since we dined at Scargo Cafe. I was looking for some places to dine at the Cape and read some of the excellent reviews on Scargo. We dined there on a busy Wednesday night with another couple and all 4 of us left completely content. This night Scargo had 5 wine options available for $20... More

Had lunch on last visit to the Cape; knew we wanted to come back for dinner. Food and service were excellent both times.

A traditional, Tavern and Restaurant with wood paneled walls, open fireplaces and an outdoor covered deck for al Fresco dining during summer. The fare includes guest favorites such as roasted rack of New Zealand lamb, and seafood strudel (a seafood blend baked in pastry) with Newburg sauce. Lots of fresh local seafood and oysters. Many more seafood entrees, sandwiches, burgers, steaks, chicken, pasta selections, and their truly famous version of Grapenut Custard.
