Located dowmstairs at the Deerfield Inn, Champneys has a somewhat limited menu, but the food is great. They also have an excellent selection of fine whiskeys and craft beers. I return here whenever I am in the area.

Me and my wife had lunch here after visiting some old homes and we're very satisfied with the service and food. I had one of the best cheeseburger ever . my wife got a butter squash soup which she said was just okay.

We had a great evening here. The restaurant itself is lovely: nicely furnished and very comfortable. The service was excellent and waitress very friendly. And the food was delicious: I had a really superb lobster roll here. Would recommend.

Hello, If you would give me some information about which day you were at the Inn I will gladly look into the reason why you waited so long for the service. Usually if the host seats you, she or he, will carry menus to the...More

The ambiance, the food and the bar were very good. The only concern we had was that it seemed to take a long time for the food to be served and the service was ok but slow, and needed prompting.More

I recall a solid response to GF items. Not an extensive menu, but more than sufficient.

I would call them and ask to speak with the person you tried to message. Sounds like they want to work with you to make up for their oversight. Good luck!
