I am a regular at this place ( I sit at the bar) because they have excellent food and tremendous bar service. They are known for their seafood, but believe it or not, they make probably the best burgers I have ever had. In addition,...their hot honey chicken tenders are fantastic. They always have a nice selection of beers on tap, and (if you are sitting at the bar) they are willing to let you sample a beer before you commit to it.More

Stopped in for an early dinner and was pleasantly surprised at the broad selection of seafood. It was early and much of the clientele was there for the happy hour raw bar. We settled for the blackened salmon tacos which were excellent. Each taco contained...a small fillet rather than chucks or shredded fish. They were well prepared and very tasty. My daughter has a shellfish allergy and the manager personally stepped in to make sure her order was specially prepared to address her needs. Will return when in the area again.More

We've been to Masse’s several times and it’s always consistently good. The lobster bisque is excellent. We usually go for lunch and I had baked cod which was perfectly baked and not overdone. The French fries are pretty good. My companion had fried scallops and...for $15 he got 5 scallops for the lunch portion but he said they were very good and not a bad price. If you like bread, mention it at the time of ordering as they don’t normally offer. The only complaint I have are the soft drinks are watered down. I’ve tried both ginger and coke and I felt like I was drinking water. They also have an attached seafood market if you prefer to cook it yourself.More

Great food and service. Pan fried Scallops were great. Decent selection of menu items. I tried the seafood chowder and it was very good.

My son and I went for dinner here last Saturday and it was excellent ! The bartenders were amazing . Oscar and Branden made sure that we were taken care of properly. They were always checking on us and were both very personable. The portions...were more than we could eat and the prices are reasonable. Great place for seafood because it is always fresh.More

Maybe we were there on a bad night. It was cold and a bit snowy. Despite the reviews, Masse's did not live up to the hype for me. Despite the restaurant being half full, service was extremely slow. The food was average at best for...a seafood restaurant. The lobster bisque was a thick and hearty bowl....that lacked any lobster meat. The fish dish was a decent sized portion, however my piece of salmon was thin which, for me, was overcooked as a result. Good flavor though. The hash on top and rice were ok.More

I've visited Masse's several times now; the restaurant has a very nice atmosphere; food is good; and service is exceptional. At peak times, however, the place can be crowded and noisy. On my last visit I ordered a dozen Wellfleet Oysters on the half shell....The oysters were fresh, chilled to perfection, and served with cocktail sauce, lemon wedges, and horseradish. The cups on these oysters are deep and the liquor has a briny edge. Quite nice. For my main course I chose the evening's special, Lobster Scampi. As the name would suggest, the lobster was done much the same as Scampi (shrimp) with butter, garlic and onions. The chef added sliced grape tomatoes and spinach. The dish was nicely prepared, but arrived luke-warm and was only marginally enjoyable. Perhaps I'll try a piece of fish next time. I enjoyed my meal here and will return. Enjoy!.More

Recently had dinner with friends from out of town. The food was okay, but I would choose a different place next time. I found the shrimp were over cooked and fish tasted frozen. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. This has been the second...time we have ate there and I thought I would give them another chance,More
