Love the Squire. Great place for lunch, especially on the pub side of the restaurant. Have local Cape Cod beers on draft. Dinner in the dining room is excellent if you're looking for the "quieter" Squire experience. Avoid at all costs on Friday and Saturday nights from July 4th through Labor Day. Huge lines crowded with frats bros and a... More

The Chatham Squire Restaurant is a family restaurant and excellent for lunch and dinner. In the evening it is a great place to party. It has an expansive bar that is the perfect spot for a light lunch of chowder and fried oysters. In the evening it is an affordable location for dinner and the place to be late night.... More

Very popular town gathering spot which is often crowded. Delicious clam chowder. Rest of menu predictable and pricey. If you are looking for a place with a "buz" this is it.

Probably the best steamers and fish and chips on The Cape !!!! While shopping on Chatham's Main Street ( a year round experience) a stop at the Squire is a must....great atmosphere, super service and a great menu is awaiting your arrival. It's always busy, but any wait is worth your while. Oh yes ... a glass of local dark... More

It was my birthday, yes New Year's Eve. We travelled from Plymouth, Ma to Chatham because we heard they had a first night. When we got there, we went to buy a "button". They were sold out! ???? We only wanted to participate in the afternoon activities. Then, I said I would love to have a drink & appetizer. Oh,... More

Fun, local bar with good bar food. The lobster bisque is the best! Good place to watch football. Lots of seafood options.

They have a great bar menu and a restaurant as well. The bartenders are friendly and... More

Always excellent, great crowd and good food and drink. Tried a "dark and stormy" ginger beer and rum, it's now a favorite of mine.

Need some where to eat locally so we decided this place as we had been recommended it because it served excellent sea food. We were not disappointed 2 People had the mates plate one had swordfish and one fillet stake. We all enjoyed what we had chosen , the Mates plates were excellent .

The tavern is legendary; the location perfect; but it's the clam chowder you have to taste. Pure, real New England. Wonderful!
