Fabulous clam chowder with lots of fresh clams. Very creamy and salted perfectly. Also tried Lobster Bisque but prefer Legal Seafood version.

What a find! We stayed at the CBI, got food from here and brought it back to our patio to eat. The price, quality and portion size were outstanding. You can easily split entrees. Especially if you're staying at CBI, give your wallet a break and eat here at least once!

I had the best clam chowder here whilst standing on the 2nd floor of the dock, watching the sea lions swimming next to operating fishing boats. It is a perfect casual place to have some good seafood, looking at the ocean, and the fishermen working with loads of fresh fish. We just loved it.

If you're in the area you must go here to buy your fish. Fresh, straight off the boat , and a selection that makes your head spin. The assistants are knowledgeable and very helpful.

Went charter fishing, then stopped off for a quick bite. Fried Scallops & Octopus salad were both good. Would return. Watch the seal & fishermen.

Stopped by on the recommendation of a friend whose sister lives on the Cape. Well worth the trip. My husband and son really enjoyed the takeout fish and chips. There are a couple picnic tables to eat on, or you can walk up to the deck and enjoy your meal while watching the boats and seals. The kids really enjoyed... More

Went to the Fishery in July 2016 on a beautiful sunny day. When fish comes right out of the water and is prepared right then and there, you know you're in for an incredible meal. While there is no inside seating (strictly take-and-go), there are a few picnic tables outside where you can grab a seat. You are only using... More

Great place to see seals as they await the return of fishermen wth their Daly catch of fish!! There is a fish market to pick up a quick cooked meal such as fried scallops or clams or a lobster roll .......OR you can bring the fish home and cook it yourself !!

We love stopping here and seeing the boats unload their day's catch, checking out the seals feeding on the leftovers and the amazing smells... Okay, maybe not that last part. After all, this is a working fish pier. The bay is absolutely gorgeous and I've taken many beautiful photos here over the years. There is always another visitor that helps... More

Recommended by locals as a great stop for seal sightings! The seals follow the fishing boats returning with their catch of the day. Great balcony over the water to stand and watch for seals. Perfect free entertainment for kids of all ages :) Restaurant on the side, plenty of parking.
