Chick-fil-A has the only line in the mall food court. I guess that tells you something right there. The chicken sandwich always gets a thumbs up, I just wish their fries were better. It's busy so the fries shouldn't be sitting around. They just always come out lukewarm and soggy tasting. If I'm going to satisfy my junk food craving... More

We stopped kinda later in the evening. It wasn't busy at all and our meals came right out to the table. It was pretty good but nowhere near as good as the Chick FIL a we went to in Texas. Oh! Don't get the sweet tea, that was terrible.

In the food court of the Burlington Mall there are at least a dozen fast-food choices. Consistently, the longest line is always at Chick-fil-A. There is a reason. Quality, taste and value. I wish we had more Chick-fil-A's in New England. They are all over the place in Atlanta, and a favorite of my daughter and her family there.

This was our first visit to Chick-fil-A. The food was good, although the portions were a little stingy. I'm usually nervous ordering chicken in a fast food setting, but it was fine. What impressed me most was the service provided by the people behind the counter and the manager who was monitoring the line and helping people. He noticed that... More

Visiting the Burlington Mall today and stopped for quick lunch at the Food Court. I haven't been to Chic-fil-A in a long time and found that the food & fries were just as good now as long ago. Very reasonable prices and quick, friendly service. I believe they offer one of the better meals & value than other places in... More

I am not going to penalize a business and their employees for the homophobic views of the owner, so yeah, I still go here. They have the best chicken nuggets anywhere and WAFFLE FRIES!

Chick fil a is in the Burlington Mall food court, it's fast food. But, it's the best meal in the Burlington Mall. We highly recommend the spicy chicken or traditional sandwich. Fried in peanut oil, the sandwiches are served on a lightly buttered bun with a pickle. Condiments are an insult to the sandwich, they would just impede the delicious... More

As said above, corporate views aside that they make a great spicy chicken sandwich. The staff is very responsive and a quick turnover. Chicken is juicy, fries a bit greasy. Be careful going during meal times or on Saturday's because the lines are always long.
