Fish is FRESH!!! Outside seating makes for nice ambiance. The fish and chips lunch is very delicious. A BIG onion ring is a nice detail. French fries are fresh and crispy. A great place to enjoy in the summertime and shoulder seasons. :)

Reasonable price and good quality for fish and chips, and we have tried many restaurants in the medium price range in Brewster and Chatham.

Visited a few places on the Cape within last week and concluded Breakwater has one of the best lobster rolls. It's never crowded and great location for cyclist (right on the bicycle trail).

We stopped by the Breakwater Fish and Lobster Market on our way to Chatham. My wife and I ordered two lobster rolls (they offer hot and cold) which come with fries and slaw. After ordering two cold lobster rolls, we were told they only had hot, which quite honestly we were not interested in. They then came back and said... More

First timer and not disappointed at all. Everything was extremely fresh. Got some haddock, clams to make steamer (excellent) and some shrimp for app. All the seafood was very tasty and very good quality. Place is clean and service is very friendly. We will be there again.

Excellent fresh fish to take home or eat in! When company is coming for dinner, this is my first stop. Perfect for grilling on a hit summer night.

We went to Breakwater Fish Market twice on our vacation. The first time we picked up swordfish steaks and then we returned two nights later to buy some natural salmon steaks. Both times we also purchased cooked shrimp and cocktail sauce. The fish was very fresh. We grilled the swordfish and salmon - both were delicious. Our guests raved about... More

4 parents 3 kids and we all had a wonderful lunch here after a long walk on the Brewster flats at low tide. We were surprised how good the food was for a Monday afternoon. Niece and nephew were quiet eating chowder. My daughter who is picky didn't speak until she finished her lobster roll...We had an app of smoked... More

We ordered takeout over the telephone. Our first experience eating in Brewster. They were friendly and knowledgable and quick. We ordered a dozen raw oysters. Packed in a plastic container on ICE. Super cold and delicious. Clam Chouder was hot and creamy and good. I had the lobster roll, again great eats, she order the cod which was the best... More

Bought take out for the family - fish & shrimp. Gruff service, overpriced for the amount of seafood we ordered & we all had bad stomach aches that evening. Won't eat here again.
