Emerald Rose doesn’t disappoint. Great food, drinks and good prices. It’s become one of our regular “date night “ dinner places.

Nice atmosphere . Pub food plus. Very good . Nice beer selection. Staff was very attentive and friendly, especially Patty. She was great!. Definitely will go back, hopefully when they have live Irish music

Like a geode, the best part of Emerald Rose is on the inside. It's nondescript exterior belies the broad, mouth-watering menu and comfortable setting. Mind you, this refers to the restaurant, not the bar area. The bar area looked fine but I didn't go there....Lunch was a challenging decision because there were so many good choices. I went with the Reuben with sweet potato fries that were very crispy. My father had the pastrami sandwich which was nice and lean. Crispy half-sour pickles made a great complement. I look forward to coming here for dinner one night. Prices are right, as well.More

Been going here off and on since it opened. Have tried many of their selections. The best by far is their turkey dinner. Won't go home hungry. Good service and prices.

Emerald Rose is a regular stop for many. Whether it's for a quick drink, snacks or a full dining experience, the Emerald Rose is the place. Always friendly staff, amazing bartenders, and a wide selection of dishes keep folks coming back. My husband and I...feel welcomed each time, as ot is where everybody knows your name! Too many dishes to describe, never a bad meal here!More

We were looking for a good dinner option in the Bedford/Burlington area and decided to give this restaurant a try. When we first sat down it seemed ok, but from the cup of soup appetizer to the main course dinners everything tasted off. The clam...chowder soup had a weird sourness (I had chowder a couple other times during the same trip and had better soup). Then my Bangers and Mash tasted a bit odd as well (we even asked the waitress who confirmed they use a lot of vinegar). My wife's pop pie had canned chicken instead of fresh (very easy to tell). Overall this was a disappointing meal to end the day.More

My friend Joan and I would go and meet there after work quite often. She was from Burlington and I was from a different town. Everytime we went, we got the table by the fireplace in the bar area or a nearby table. Super service!...She loved the Shepards pie, Haddock and boiled dinner. I loved the pie, hamburgers, and yes, the boiled dinner. Appetizers were wonderful. Plenty of food! Bartenders were accomodating and made her the best Martinis because she was fussy about her martini's. Sadly she passed away and I have not been back YET!!!!!More

We visited this restaurant everytime we go up to the Boston area and it was wonderful, however the last time things were a bit off and we chauked it up as a bad night for the kitchen. We went again last night and it was...plainly put horrible. We started off with the chile and it was good, a tad watery but overall good, the salad came and it was fair, not crisp and crunchy - think it was made and refrigerated - then on to the main course - I ordered the prime rib (well done) and my wife the haddock - baked potatoe and brocolli which was the vegetable of the evening (by 6:30 they were out of Prime rib I got the last slice) - after waiting 45 minutes they brought the plates to the table - wrong fish for my wife and medium well for my prime. Sent back and after another 20 minute wait they returned - correct fish for my wife however the portion was so small you need to look for it and my prime rib was still medium well, Beside that the baked potatoes were COLD and the broccoli was over cooked to the point where it was barely green and pure mush. To make matters even worse the ends of the broccoli were never cleaned still having the brown end tips. The waitress tried her best and deserves a commendation for trying to correct the situation but after waiting as long as we did had no desire to hang around any longer so we paid the 62.00 check and left. On our way out we overheard another couple complaining about their dimmer so I asked what was their complaint- His complaint was he ordered a fish dish and it had a heavy fishy odor and a strange strong fishy flavor. Her complaint was that the portion size was quite small for the price charged and both had a similar situation with the broccoli Sad I had to write this but I do look to tripadvisor for suggestions when we travel and have been "saved" from "rewarded" by fellow reviewersMore

I have driven by this place many times on my way to Billerica Country Club. Today my friends took us here for lunch. We were seated in a nice booth in the bar area. Great menu that included Irish favorites as well as standard fare....All four of us ordered something different and enjoyed our meals. Fish and chips, turkey dinner, baked haddock and filet mignon. I must comment on our waitress and her expertise. My wife is on a very restricted diet, not for weight loss, but for ibs. Patty made many trips to the chef to insure that my wife got what she was allowed to eat. Her meal was prepared perfectly, just as we asked. If you know anything about FOD MAP you can appreciate what Patty and the chef did to accommodate my wife's needs. Cheesecake and bread pudding for dessert.(not for my wife) I found many menu items that I can't wait to try when we we return. Try the Emerald Rose!More

Service was friendly and efficient. The waitress really added to our dinner. Food was good. I could call it more of a gastropub style. The only negative was that the steak tips (my husband's order) was cool. Not sure why. Would recommend eating here if...you are in the area.More
