They need to improve the food they serve. Lots of take out at this time and when you get the overpriced package of food, you will notice that many of the dishes have lots of noodles, some onions and other low cost items and for...beef, they give you shavings of pork ribs. A real mess. High profit for them....bad quality for you. Other places are available, move away from this one.More

This is the first time I sat down to eat at this location. We joined some friends who were already eating when we arrived but we tried some of their sushi which was very good. My wife and I ordered the Pink Lady and it...was very good. The price was reasonable and service was great. I will most like go back for sushi. The first time we went to this Blue Fuji location we got Chinese take out and it too was very good. I would definitely try this restaurant if you are looking for something good in Bedford, MA.More

My first visit to Blue Fuji mainly for sushi although we also ordered from the Chinese menu. Bad restaurant choice!! The Chinese dishes were ok, not great. The sushi wasn’t of great quality. What’s bugging me the most was that they didn’t serve wasabi with...the sushi. You have to ask for wasabi and soy sauce. When we did, the waitress gave us the wasabi like the size of a quarter (in volume) for four people. Ok, my two daughters didn’t use wasabi, but that amount was not even for me alone, not to tell I had to share it with my husband. We ordered two more orders of the special maki’s to bring hone for the sons. I specifically asked for enough wasabi and soy sauce. It turned out - little wasabi and no soy sauce!!! I should have checked at the restaurant. With a $150+ bill, I couldn’t even enjoy the very little pleasure of wasabi soy sauce even though I didn’t ask for high quality sushi!!! Will never go back!More

I used to take my family to Blue Fuji to eat sushi. But today (Aug 1, 2019) they ruined the whole experience. I went there with a $30 coupon I had purchased from Groupon to enjoy a nice dinner, but was told that they are...no longer accepting those coupons. I explained that we paid for this coupon and they have to accept it, but the manager kept saying get your refund from Groupon and that they really want our business. This is a rip off, and I will never go to Blue Fuji in Bedford. Instead of honoring and accepting the coupon as promised to the customer, they chose to screw the customer.More

Wow! My family and I have been customers for a very long time up until tonight. The last few times we have done take out it has taken a very long time to pick up, no one has been at the desk. Other staff walking...past you and ignoring you. Tonight we decided to dine in. That was a big mistake. In the past they have been outstanding with allergies until tonight. When I ordered we made it clear I had a gluten allergy and was ordering from the gluten free menu. When the food arrived something smelt off, but we couldn't figure out what it was. Then as I went to eat the rice I realized in most definitely was not gluten free. After eating the new fried rice, we realized it was the pork that smelt. Shortly after leaving I felt sick and realized they must have made other errors or possible contamination as I am now sick. I will not be going back. Taking allergies seriously should be their first priority and tonight they proved it is not. I am very sad, considering this was one of my more favorite places to eat at. It seems to have gone downhill within the last few months.More

Went to Blue Fuji with a Groupon and they told us that they no longer accept Groupons. We left without dining, so I can't comment on the food.

We used to come here for Bento boxes. Restaurant layout seems the same, but menu now split between Japanese and Chinese options. Seems pricier. Just had hot and sour soup with egg rolls which was ok. However, $10/glass for house wine was silly.

WARNING: Blue Fuji Restaurant in Bedford. We've been happy for a few months with this restaurant until tonight. My husband noticed that he was spending a ridiculous amount of time getting the food out of the car. I took a look, and saw that he...had thrown a stained and broken bag out on our driveway. I was able to open the door and walk quietly up to observe and could see the driver scooping my food back into containers from the passenger seat, which was stained and covered in our order. I did speak to the restaurant, and the Manager, who although offered to re-send our order, was unwilling to acknowledge any wrong doing. He was rude, and defensive and could see no wrong in them shoveling my food from the seat back into the containers. Sorry, but I find this so very unacceptable. I do have it on video thanks to security cameras. Clearly a health and safety violation and the Manager didn't care.More

Good ambience, average service. Sashimi plate excellent, and very nicely presented - though it came with rice, whic i had explicitly requested NOT to have. Pinot grigio was served at room temperature. All this OK, but kitchen clearly do not know how to prepare Tempura....Batter was thick and glutangenous - as thick as the item it was supposed to wrap. So, good - but avoid the tempura!More

First time here. We ordered four dishes and were disappointed that the food was bland with no sauces or special spices. The prices were great. Very nice people, however, food was not what we expected.
