As always the decor is campy and the grounds are beautiful. Two of four meals were great. The other two did not come out as ordered. Waitress offered to have them redone. Took 30 minutes and one was still wrong and the other was undercooked. First bill charged for the meals sent back and the replacements.

My fiancé and I had a gift certificate here and have always wanted to try it. We were also thinking that this night we would tour the property and reserve the place for our upcoming wedding ($15000 for just the venue and flowers without food) as we had it narrowed down. Though the staff was great, the owner Daniel scoffed... More

UNIQUE is the operative, you'll be glad you were here. A bit difficult to find and once you do, you won't be sure that you've actually come to a restaurant, just go in and enjoy. The place is brimming with antiques and bric a brac of all types which adds to the experience. The food and drink are quite good,... More

In a county full of terrific restaurants, this legend is unique, fabulous and "must see". More than a mere restaurant, Dream Away is an experience, a theater, authentic and racy. Beautiful flowers, crackling fires, glowing candles great drinks, delicious food, very cool people—and the most diverse crowd anywhere! We had heard good things about this vintage brothel, tucked away in the woods. It was very crowded when we went for a romantic Saturday night dinner. The host, who happened to be the owner, was not at all friendly, and did not make us feel welcome. Our waitress was great, but the food was almost inedible, except for the... More

People talk about Dream Away but until you've gone yourself it's difficult to picture. Every table, every chair, every plate, fork, glass is unique. From the minute you get out of your car and see the smoke from the fire pit nestled in the rocks on the front yard next to the pond? All so different taking you back to... More
