We took the family here for my grandson's birthday. We all shared a couple of nacho plates which were very good although a little skimpy. For dinner, my husband and I shared a selection of small plates: deviled eggs, salmon bites, a crab cake, and andouille sausage. All were really good. For dessert, we all shared a very good flourless... More

8407 has a lower bar/dining area and an upstairs bar/dining area both with very different atmospheres. Depending on your mood, you won't be disappointed. Downstairs has live music on some nights and TVs with a cozier (but bit noisier) feel. Upstairs is more formal and larger. Our favorite is sitting and eating at one of the bars. The bartenders are... Good food and okay service sums this restaurant up. The order for 4 of us came our with mistakes on the drinks and salad. The main course was very good.

These restaurant is located right next to the Silver Spring metro very convenient. As you walk in there is a bar downstairs with people partaking of happy hour, and upstairs is another eatery area with another bar. I was delighted to see that they had homemade bitters as part of the creativity and local dishes. We arrived for dinner and... More

Our last two visits to 8407 kitchen bar have been disappointing. Table density seems to have increased and noise level is excessive. On the most recent visit, last week, the server was good but failed to deal well with food one guest found to differ from the menu description. He simply said "Chef said it's OK" and went on.

Been here twice both times for outings with girlfriends. Drinks are great, a tad pricey but well made. Grilled cheese on the menu is to die for!!! Hit this place up in the cold weather for some food & spirits to warm your soul!!

A co-worker recommended this place for happy hour. There were great deals on appetizers and the food was delicious. We tried several dishes ( deviled eggs, nachos, mussels, calamari, duck fat fries. The mussels were tender, the deviled eggs were made with bacon and pickles for a sweet and sour taste, the nachos were generous with chicken and cheese. The... More

We have eaten here several times. Great cocktails and an ever changing menu. Duck fat fries are not to be missed. Conveniently located at the Silver Spring metro
