This is a local chain with consistently good Mediterranean food. Garlic is a staple of most dishes, so you have to like that or order pretty carefully. I had the 1/4 white chicken today, which was moist and tender. The fresh pita is the best--hot from the oven. Had a side salad, which was tasty and smothered in garlicky dressing.... More

I was in an area of Rockville that looked boring. When my host suggested we eat Lebanese food, I got a bit more interested. The place is corporate boring but the food!?!?! It was very tasty. The hot sauce was probably a Lebanese speciality, yummy. A very fresh salad and a pillow of hot pita.

Food here is very tasty. Cross between a sit down restaurant and counter order. The food is fresh and the chicken is antibiotic free, raised in Amish country (according to their own sign). Only complaint is lots of screaming kids...

This are has lots of bars and restaurants that seem upscale but this restaurant is not fine dining. You order at the counter and take your own drinks to your table. Also get silverware and napkins at a station. They do bring the food to you. We had the chicken shawarma platter. Food was very tasty and inexpensive. The babaganoush... More

I came here with a friend for an early dinner. The chicken sharma sandwich is pretty amazing and you can make it a platter for two bucks more which includes two sides. it was pretty yummy and filling. Plenty of parking inside the shopping center even with the snow. It's a little confusing if I've you've never been there before.... More

A great place to sample a variety of mezza items. The food is very good and tasty, accompanied by the bread fresh out of the oven. For the dishes bearing the same names, I like their version better. For example, there are more parsley on their version of tabbouleh, lots of spinach in their lentil soup, and the Falafel sandwich... More

This is a small restaurant, but a busy one. The food comes to you quickly and it tastes so fresh. The portions were good, but were less than my friend had experienced before. I just enjoyed having some good Lebanese food! The roasted potatoes were awesome. I had shawarma, which was okay. The grape leaves were incredible and I could... More

i was raised on Middle Eastern food so I'm not the easiest client. To be frank, Lebanese Taverna's food is not 100% authentic; they have taken small liberties. But it is good. If you're looking for a pure Lebanese experience, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a 90% experience, with 100% good food and an affordable price, you'll be satisfied.... More

The biggest problem with this restaurant is deciding what to order as most choices are very delicious. We love the menu choices that allow us to select from the mezza menu. The falafel is great and we also love the hummus, but we thought there was entirely too much parsley in the taboulli salad.
